Very high dollar city south of us built a really cool playground & skate park but with no bathrooms bc “it’s a passive park” and they didn’t want homeless people there, and now everyone is peeing in the bushes and residents are complaining about the smell. I love this
The horrifying twin realizations that 1) your park is so sick people will spend 4 hours there and 2) the housed also urinate
I’m up on this bc I have two friends who live in the adjacent neighborhood but I would KILL for NextDoor access
The parking issue is just as funny. The planners seem to have truly thought this [fantastic, sweet ass!] park would only be used by people living within walking distance. Like those people wouldn't tell their friends or post it on Instagram...?
Park Becomes Congregational Area...gonna need another meeting to address this unexpected development
