.@Andy_is_missing has arrived West Kowloon Magistrate for his #NSL case mention with police escort.

Today Chan Tsz-Wah case of NSL and alleged assisting Andy to flee #Hongkong will be mentioned at same court, same time.

The police guards is much reduced than previous times.
Chan’s case is adjourned for 1hr for both sides to discuss matters for defending side only received care briefing on Tuesday.

The case adjourned again for another hour and Andy Li’s hair starts to grow back like his well-known style. He tried to wave Chan to his side and got pushed back.
Note both defendants appeared in dock after the case commenced.

Normally, the D should be in dock before the magistrate enters, granting them time to meet with family and friends
Case adjourned to 7/7 1430 for resolving matters, might consolidate.

Choy pleaded not guilty for both charges of obtaining vehicle registration with false statement.
The admitted facts solely mentioned Choy obtained the said information beyond the usage permitted in Transport Dept Form TD318, and use the info to make enquiries to car owner for if he drove the car to Yuen Long on 2019 July 21st, the day of attack. Image

One of the defendants, Wong Chun Keung was wearing a white shirt with kanji 無畏 Fearless on right chest. Others are in black or dark navy trench coats.
The first hand over procedure is scheduled on Jan 18th, 2021 in Eastern Magistrate.
