职业生涯里,已经遇到两次这种事情了:

- 公司因业务需要,开发了一套内部系统

- 因为是内部系统,都是自己人,需求上要啥给啥

- 因为要啥给啥,内部用起来很爽

- 因为用起来很爽,所以老板膨胀了,觉得可以拿出去卖钱,要做 SaaS

- 并且要求把当前业务迁移上去,美其名曰验证产品

事情的发展,都一样:

- 团队进入行业后,发现了很多不同的需求,以前的产品设计不通用,需要重构并实现部分功能可配置

- 内部业务不能停,并且因为用了很久,会提很多深入高级需求

- 老板要求尽快商业化,获取到客户证明商业模式

最后的结果:

- 内部团队没服务好,天天被吐槽,觉得没有以前支持的多了,关系变差

- 团队无法专心做好商业化产品,常常被内部的奇葩需求扰乱节奏

- 老板觉得团队不给力,明明差不多已近 ready 的产品,磨叽半天没产出

- 一线员工身心俱疲,最后纷纷离职、转岗……

所以,真心建议老板们

- 想做商业化产品,单独拎个团队出来做,不同部门的团队,不可能目标一致,身兼数职容易有矛盾

- 要敬畏用户、敬畏市场,服务一个人和服务一堆人是不一样的,不要拿自己当市场去验证产品,好好找真的用户来验证

- 有使用超过 1 年的客户了,再去想迁移内部团队的事

By the end of 2020, Chinese government announced its poverty alleviation program (脱贫攻坚战), aiming to build an all-round moderately prosperous society, successfully completed.

It's said the nation's 128,000 poor villages and 832 poor counties are now totally out of poverty.
This Chinese new year holiday, I went back to my parent's hometown and had a glance about how it's really going.

I have to admit that I'm really impressed by the intelligence and efforts of the grassroot government workers. The small village is no longer what I saw before.
Many years ago, poverty alleviation usually took the form of directly donating goods and money.

Then, the government found this approach did not work.

Those poor people who received the supplies quickly consumed them, spent all those money, and return to poverty.

我要开一个 thread ,说一下这个观点里面几个明显的错误,当然也有几个我赞同的观点

(不过我看其实评论里面已经有人说了,还是被怼了回去(摊手┓( ´∀` )┏
先说赞同的观点:

我赞同以丰田 HSD 和本田 iMMD 为代表的混动技术,是当前市场可以买到的车里面,最佳兼顾驾驶体验和燃油经济性的方案(就不提环保这个词了

如果大家要买,我推荐本田 iMMD(比如混动雅阁)
1、汽油车越跑越带劲?错

图三是典型的汽油车加速度衰减

扭矩和加速度的关系大家可以去看 38 胖子的科普视频

总得来说,由于变速关系的存在,汽车速度越快加速度是下降的

开个thread来说这个事儿,吐槽比较多,理客中比较少,欢迎讨论但请尽量不要ETC。
一、领导层的困境

国内大厂业务多以toC或广告为主要收入来源,行业规模大、增长方法简单、来钱快,领导层长期都是在追求如何短平快地增长。

然而toB侧重垂直领域或专业方向,目标企业绝对数量不大,无法像toC那样舍弃客户。只能将需求和应用场景逐一覆盖,所以注定是个慢工出细活、长期投入的事情。
从企业角度出发,toB产品或服务的采购决策更加理性、周期也相对较长。

除非是行业刚需的革命性产品(比如AI替代人工打骚扰电话),否则增长根本快不起来。

大多需要依靠市场和销售人员不断去接触客户、了解市场需求、宣传产品和品牌、教育企业用户,从而最终培育出销售机会。
