Friendly reminder. Contempt, arrogance, character attacks, and the like are not Radical Candor or valid forms of criticism...These are forms of Obnoxious Aggression. 
BTW this is advice for GIVING criticism. When you GET criticism, even criticism that is obnoxiously aggressive, manipulatively insincere, or ruinously empathetic, don't start by criticizing the criticism. Start by listening to understand. (That doesn't mean you have to agree.)
