STATE’S RESPONSE TO #Thomaslanes’s

Lane asked for “all use of force reports where force was used by an MN police officer in making an arrest & another officer intervened in the use of force by his or her fellow officer, in the last 50 yrs."

"For all the foregoing reasons, State respectfully requests Defendant Lane’s motion to compel discovery be denied in its entirety."

The lack of incidents where officers intervened does not impeach testimony that a reasonable officer would intervene in the excessive use of force.

RT #GeorgeFloyd || A look at Andy...

I believe Andrew Baker to be a man with integrity. However, given his findings, he could have been a witness for the defense.

I don't think that was allowed. Hennepin County tried to thwart his renewal. They said ...

he'd caused "irreparable damage to the black community." Later it was stated (not kidding) that the autopsy was the works of white supremacists who wanted to gaslight Black America.

I think he has to trudge carefully. Thoughts?

If you notice Baker kind of contradicts the prosecution's other witnesses. Is that odd?

Yet he's the one who examined the actual body.

What's the prosecution's play here? They've often inadvertently helped the defense. Because the case is FLIMSY AS FUCK

"What is Electoral Count Act of 1887? The little-known Act could give Donald Trump 4 more years, even if he loses"

is dated October 2020.…

This article published in Sept is also seemingly written by a fortune-teller of sorts.

Is this based on a script or on the TIP?

"...But few people have actual answers to what happens if the machinery of democracy is used to prevent a legitimate resolution to the election.”

Projections|| The Election That Could Break America
"If the vote is close, Donald Trump could easily throw the election into chaos and subvert the result. Who will stop him?"…

. @HotepJesus: Regardless of conspiracy theories regarding #Nashville, what is it with these elites who name companies after evil shit?

When I saw the name #Cerberus, I just asked 🤔 'i wonder if that name has something to do with the occult.'

And sure enough..
.. I learned that #Cerberus is one of the most dreaded; 'a demon from the pit.' He guards the gates of HELL. 🔥🔥. His duty is to KILL intruders who cross the River Styx.
