Tom Brady: "Not a lot of people think that we could've won. In fact, I think about 40% of the people still don't think we won."

Biden: "I understand that."

Brady: "You understand that, Mr. President?"

Biden: "I understand that."
Brady: “We had a game in Chicago where I forgot what down it was. I lost track of one down in 21 years of playing and they started calling me Sleepy Tom. Why would they do that to me?”

"Jan. 6 was a sad day, and let's just get to the bottom of it."
Asked about concerns from some Democrats that it will devolve into a partisan food fight, Nehls replied, "let's just stay positive and let's get to the bottom of it."

He's "sure" this can be done in a bipartisan way.

Thinks his law enforcement background clinched it for him.
Nehls, you'll recall, is the one who went up to Biden at the joint session and asked to work with him on criminal justice reform.

Doors were scheduled to open at 6 p.m. today, according to a Greene campaign email obtained by @Forbes.…
The decision came after "conversation and consultation" with the city, which had said in an earlier statement it didn't support hosting the lawmakers and had a "duty" to call them out.…

Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz tried to hold their "America First" rally at Riverside after a venue in Orange County canceled on them. Now Riverside is pulling out too, forcing them back to Orange County.

Story from me:…
The development comes after vocal opposition to their presence in the Dem-leaning community mounted quickly. One official called them “the antithesis of everything Riverside stands for.”…
The venue in Laguna Hills where they had originally planned their rally pulled out last week, with the manager saying he wanted to "stay clear" of controversy.…

How am I just now discovering this Joe Manchin ad from 2012 about how he’s only gotten haircuts from his wife since the 1990s
This is a whole genre of political ads!
Holy shit, how are there so many of these?

This one even copies the part of Manchin’s ad where his wife calls him “cheap” at the end.
