$CND Concord Acquisition Corp announced it is taking USDC Stable coin Circlet public at $5.5B Market Cap, valuing the company at $4.5B pre money.

How believable do you think their 177% CAGR revenue growth and 229% account growth is?

I have no shares and dont find it attractive
$CND @circlepay
Circle USD Coin, or USDC it the second-largest stablecoin with a market cap of $25.9B

Stablecoins are useless to speculators

How stable are they?

Stablecoins are backed by collateral, which can be fiat currency or other cryptocurrencies
$CND @circlepay holds dollar-for-dollar reserves for USDC. It earns interest on those reserves, which it shares with $COIN

Dapper Labs, maker of NBA Top Shot, uses Circle systems for fiat-currency payments that can settle in USDC.

New IPO $DIDI Didi Global, $UBER of China, ridesharing leader

A thread ⬇️…
$DIDI is going public on June 30th, selling 288M shares at $13 - $14 per share, raising $4.5B at $63B to $68B. $SFTBY (Softbank) $UBER (Uber) and $TCHEY (Tencent) are among the biggest shareholders. $AAPL (Apple) is also an investor.
$DIDI my big fear is revenue recognition is inconsistent, which makes valuations and metrics seem better than they are. That's the biggest risk. Didi IPO: How to Trade on Didi's IPO | CMC Markets

43.8% of all the people in the world use some form of product from $FB 😱👍🏾🚀🏆
Facebook beat on Q1 2021 earnings and saw an increase of 10.7% YoY. In its forward guidance, the company also announced that for July, they were anticipating a slowdown in YoY growth of 17% but was still due to see a 10% increase
$AAPL IDFA is a threat but ads that depends on it only make up 11% of $FB revenues.

New investments in AR AND VR and $CRM competitive products give it optionality as well.
