Covid 💉 🤕🫀☠️
Remediation AND Prevention
*** MINIMUM ***
Basic Essential Supplements

Alternatives and details are found in linked thread of threads at the end.

1. Bust up🩸Clots
🌟 Serratiopeptidase enzyme (Serrapeptase)
👉 Should be enteric coated. Image
2. Deactivate Spikes 🦂🦂🦂
🌟 Fucoidans Extract

Fucoidans are abundant in (brown) seaweed.

Fucoidans bind directly to the "claw 🦂" part of spikes rendering them unable to attach to ACE2, etc.

👉 Limited research. Covid19 is new.

Start 1. and 2. a few days ahead of 💉... ImageImage
You can discontinue 1. and 2. 14 days after last 💉 or you can continue at lower doses.

Latter is better bcs both have additional health benefits.

Next up: Spikes are a biologic toxin. They destroy the cells' energy factories called mitochondria. Image
Heart and brain require the most energy.

If a small percentage of mitochondria suddenly fail in your 🫀, you'll have inflammation/myocarditis/myopericarditis.

🧠 will get sick likewise. Mild initial symptoms; major disease may come later.

Save/regenerate your mitochondria 👇
3. Mitochondrial Biogenesis
🌟 PQQ + CoQ10

Complex indirect mechanism. Details in thread of threads.

Ubiquinol is an enhanced version of CoQ10.

👉 Take 2 to 3 a day for therapeutic dose (my opinion).

I am not a Swanson affiliate. ImageImage
4. Nip Mad Cow (CJD), Lou Gehrig's (ALS), Parkinson's (PD), Alzheimer's (AD), other prion like diseases in the bud.
🌟 Quercetin + Serratiopeptidase.
(Serratiopeptidase as in 1.)

👉 Add *genuine* CBD (cannabidiol, not THC) if you can get it.
Quercetin makes prion aggregates partially degradable with enzymes.

The enzyme Serratiopeptidase has been found effective in breaking up prion aggregates. It's effect on blood clots was already noted. It's also an anti-inflammatory.

Bromelain as adjunct to serratiopeptidase. Image
Nothing is guaranteed. Therapeutic dose is not indefinite. Please monitor yourself.

👉 Look for Naturopathic doctor or Integrative medicine doctor for advice.

Review:
1. Serratiopeptidase
2. Fucoidans Extract
3. PQQ + CoQ10 (Ubiquinol)
4. Quercetin

Add quality CBD if you can.
Details and supporting research in this thread of threads.

Addendum 1
This is tacked on to Covid 💉 remediation and prevention.

The fucoidans study 👇 used "RPI-27" & "RPI-28" isolated from the large brown seaweed Saccharina/Laminaria japonica, "Konbu" in Japanese, a type of kelp.

nature.com/articles/s4142…
RPI-28 is only 12kDa 🙂 whereas RPI-27 is 100kDa. Bioavailability is unknown 😐.

Fucoidans bind to the ACE2 binding domain of SARS-Cov2 virus. The research was conducted using just the spikes, not the virus.

A bulk supplement might be economical. ImageImageImage
Addendum 2
Just occurred to me that someone reading this thread may be thinking that I actually used these to protect myself from the 💉

This is entirely incorrect. I am under no such pressure.

I see the bad moon rising. Bcs I know things, I figured I can protect others.
Addendum 3
Bromelain enhances quercetin bioavailability. Should have been noted earlier. Bromelain found in the core of 🍍is also a proteolytic enzyme that fights inflammation.

Also, there has been a huge advance. 2018 research article
👇 20x❗
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P… Image
It's based on Quercetin-Lecithin complex. Lecithin is the emulsifier derived from soy used in confectioneries 🧁🍰

This makes sense bcs Quercetin likes fat but not water

Ok, it looks like a lipid nanoparticle 😗 (left).
Phosphatidylcholine ≈ lecithin

Therapeutic dose ≈ 4x? ImageImage
🌟 An important clinical study w healthy volunteers using Quercetin Phytosome was found.

Here's the plasma concentration timeline. The x-axis hugging line is 'simple' quercetin (typical supplements are >). Next up is 250mg. 500 mg achieved ≈ 200 ng/mL.

🤩🤩🤩 Image
Typical drugs have plasma or whole blood concentrations of tens of ng/mL to several hundred ng/mL.

Safety evaluation was great.

Wikipedia claims Quercetin is eliminated within 3 hrs. Not so!

Graph shows 8 hrs+.

Randomized controlled study 👇

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/p…
Earlier guesstimate of 4x 250 mg Quercetin Phytosome for therapy was right on the mark 🎯 Divide it into 2x 250 mg twice daily.

Maintenance dose can be 1x twice daily, or even just one a day if you're healthy.

1. A thread discussing

Quercetin,
Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG, a green tea constituent),
And a unique probiotic.

First two are flavonols (polyphenols) and are known to disaggregate prion like fibrils in the brain, e.g. amyloid beta, tau, alpha synuclein, lewy bodies, etc.
2. The blood brain barrier has a very "tight junction" between cells. Unless a substance is allowed in by a special pump mechanism, 99% of molecules heavier/bigger than 400 Daltons cannot enter the brain.

Source: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…
3. Also, the molecule by and large cannot have more than 7 hydroxyl groups (the "OH" extensions sticking out of chemical diagrams).

So:
A. Quercetin - 305 Daltons, 5 OH grps = PASS 🙂
B. EGCG - 458 Daltons, 8 OH grps = FAIL 🙁

We've been hearing lately that there is a connection between gut health and brain degeneration. Brand new research posits that (minute concentrations of) formaldehyde in the gut is the cause.

No cure because probiotics cannot deal with it. ⬇️

No cure?
There are numerous probiotic strains, but there appears to be one bug that can convert formaldehyde in the gut into something less toxic: Fart (via methanol).

Or, other probiotics may break it down to CO2. The name of the bug?

*** BACILLUS SUBTILIS ***

Read on if interested.
BTW, the previous screen-captured research article is behind a paywall, and I only know about the abstract. (not paying) ⬇️

Time to address the question: SP, NK, or LK?

This tweet is correct ONLY IF CONSIDERING NORMAL FIBRIN. There is no known (to me) research on AMYLOID FIBRIN (from spike)

Follow thread to see why SP is very likely superior for amyloid fibrin as well as other amyloid proteins.
First Nattokinase (NK). It's effective against (normal) blood clots. We know that the spike protein induces amyloid "microclots" which can self-assemble into much larger aggregates.

How about outside the blood vessels? Lymphatic system? Cross the blood brain barrier?
It is said that Lumbrokinase (LK) is an order of magnitude more potent than Nattokinase. It can be used in conjunction with Warfarin ⬇️. It's quite safe.

But, it is activated (only) in the presence of fibrin. How about amyloid fibrin? Zero research.

Outside the blood vessels?

I'm going use start here bcs there is no one place marker for this.

1. The Democrats are losing support from Hispanics. They need to manufacture a crisis or two to regain support.

2. Enter the NSA (or any other national sec app, e.g., CIA FBI). ..
2. cont'd: 'They' have known about the shooter. But, he's too poor to buy an AR-15. Somehow, the kid managed to buy 2 of those (as I understand). So who gave him the $. Pls correct me if you know something.

3. The local sheriff / police arrived quickly, but had orders to stand down, and to prevent anyone from entering.

4. A door was left open so that the shooter had no problem entering. He was allowed to do his psychotic criminal murder unabated for more than an hour. So ..
