There are 4 funnels you can choose to build your website from.

Choose the right one and could easily make $5k/mo from just a link in bio:
Here are the four main ones:

1) lead generation funnels
2) core product funnels
3) presentation funnels
4) application funnels

Which one you choose will determine how many sales you get, so let's talk about them...
#1 Lead funnels

As the name suggests,

Lead funnels are intended to gather leads.

(this can be any type of contact info, such as phone number, email, Facebook, Telegram, physical address, etc)

These days, you are usually offering a lead magnet for email addresses.
The audience is usually cold.

They don't know who you are or what you do - so, you have to offer a powerful lead magnet that inspires them to sign up.

And once they do?

Then it's time to nurture your leads, taking them from cold to warm.
Here's a perfect example of a lead funnel:

Russell Brunson is offering a free book in exchange for your contact info.

Now, the prospect must pay for shipping - many lead funnels offer 100% Free PDFs instead.

Your lead magnet is totally up to you.
#2 Core product funnels

The purpose of gathering leads is to eventually sell them your products or services.

A core product funnel is simply a funnel that sells your core products.

You can sell any type of product/service:

>do it yourself
>done with you
>done for you
An example of a core product funnel:

They have TONS of upsells, downsells, and complementary products...

...but this is their core offer.

(you can be sure anyone getting into Russell's 'free book' lead funnel will be lead to this page eventually)
#3 Presentation funnels

After your core product funnels, you start with presentation funnels.

This includes:

>webinars
>podcasts
>video sales letters

After the copy, you use video to help portray your ideas and you show people a taste of your product.
Brunson does this often as well.

Here's an example:

This page funnels prospects into a 'Webclass'.

Of course, the Webclass is a sales pitch for a higher-ticket product.

Remember:

Presentation funnels can also be podcasts, VSLs, etc.
#4 Application funnels

If you're selling high ticket products or services,

You're going to want an application funnel.

This 'filters out' prospects so you only get on calls with ideal clients.

Basically, this funnel starts with a form where people opt in to work with you.
Applications funnels are best for 'Done For You' products/services.

Estate Media House is a great example

This is @bannedvertising's agency.

Since the page is selling high ticket services, the application makes prospects qualify themselves (as it should be).

FACT:

If you need a website but use a funnel?

You're leaving money on the table.

But,

If you need a funnel but use a website?

You're leaving ALL the money on the table.

So which one do you *actually* need?

Let’s talk about it:
πŸ‘‰Websites are broader.

Websites:

>catch people from different places
>have multiple links that transfer away from the original site

Funnels:

>very specific
>all links transfer the customer from one page to the next
>conversion rate driven
Look at it this way:

A website is a really big net.

If a fish is swimming and we want to catch it, we use a really big net to catch as many fish as possible.

BUT,

If you want to catch a specific fish?

You use specific bait, rod, and hook.

Looking to build a website for yourself OR your clients?

Don't pick the wrong tool.

(if you do, you might end up wasting tens of thousands in the long run)

Use one of these instead:
1st tier: Carrd

This is THE cheapest and simple website/funnel builder.

It costs less than more expensive options,

But you get what you pay for.

Case in point:

It's super limited.
This means:

>One action item only (no upsells, no downsells)
>it's content --> Action.
>all card sites look the same (and you can tell when something has been built on it)

In my opinion, Carrd is great if you wanna build a landing page for a Gumroad product... but nothing more.

If making BIG money is part of your plans

You're going to need a website.

One that actually converts visitors into leads, customers, clients...

Or whatever you want them to do.

Here’s how you build one that does *exactly* what you need it to:
#1 Content

Content is THE most important aspect of a website.

With content, base it around one question:

What are people visiting the website for?

For example: A restaurant.
The two main questions people visiting a restaurant website want to know is:

>What's on the menu?

>When are you open?

Secondary questions might be:

>What are our ingredients?

>Where does the food come from?

>What makes our team special?

You can make a living out of anything

But you need to be good at these 3 offers to *actually* make money

1) Do It Yourself
2) Done With You
3) Done For You

Let's talk about which one makes the most sense for YOUR business:
#1 Do it yourself

This is where you create something + convert it into a repeatable product.

For example,

>You write a book
>You create a course
>You record a video

These products take time but can be sold over & over again.

As @JackButcher says:

Build once, sell twice.
#2 Done with you

This is where you teach something directly.

Basically,

You receive information from your customer or client + you give information back.

Examples:

>coaching
>consulting
>JV'ing on a project)

Now onto the next type...
