Our 3rd visit to CAC Stadium Melawati 23/6/202 @DrDzul
We were expecting to see a smaller crowd since KKM on 14/6 declared Cat 1&2 DO NOT need to go to CAC
They will be digitally monitored from home
We were disappointed!
By 6am the crowd was piling up!
The CAC expect about 5K!
Lorong diluar khemah hadir diCAC untuk potong gelang pink.
Mereka kini beratur sampai hujung jalan 550m!
Yang dibawah khemah -6 saluran kes baru covid.
Saya agak 90% covid kategori 1-2
Mereka tak sepatut ada disini.
Boleh dipantau dari rumah
Tengok baby tu-KKM tak kesian ke?
9 hari telah berlalu tetapi KKM masih lagi tidak operasikan pemantaun digital dirumah!
Greater Klang Valley Task Force (GKVTF) gagal untuk operasikan kaedah baru ini!
Pimpinan KKM mungkin sibuk siapkan protokol cantik diPutrajaya selama 9 hari … atau mungkin sibuk selfie?
Keadaan luarbiasa perlukan tindakan luarbiasa!
KKM mesti lebih proaktif!
Pimpinan KKM yg WFH mesti turun padang ke-CAC, PPV,
PKD, PKRC, MAEPS
Hanya demikian mereka memahami realiti dimedan perang covid
Saksikan dr & sukarelawan yg keletihan, pitam, burnout & kenapa quit KKM
Ahli baru GKVTF jgn jadi mcm pimpinan KKM yg WFH atau WFPutraja.
Sila turun kelapangan
Pastikan semua protokol baru dioperasikan dgn pantas & bijaksana

Dari Jan 2021 saya monitor beberapa keluarga dirumah secara maya.
Kini ia sah secara resmi oleh GKVTF.
Kesemua guna pulse oximeter
CAC boleh fokus kpd covid yg lebih serius.
Kurang beban CAC

Tertinggi sejak 2011
Melebehi 22 kematian pada tahun 2018.
19/22 (86%) kematian 2018 berumur <6 bln.
Audit terperinci mesti dikongsi untuk intervensi kesihatan umum yg tepat.

2020▶️98/136 (72%) kes bawah 6 bln.

Kebanyakan kes Pertussis:

Just thinking!
The issues in the MOH are
✅Chronic maybe 10-20 yrs
✅With an acute on chronic crisis
✅Due to the acts of omission or commission
✅Mainly by technocrats warming seats in Putrajaya
✅Who marginalised the best & bold brains in MOH who dared to open their mouths
✅But of course the jurassic political stewardship is like hopeless with no roadmap for the future of healthcare
✅But despite lousy political masters, I’ve served under 2 excellent DG’s who made MOH a class act
✅Undoubtedly the current YBMK can do better.
✅But if one has a mediocre set of technocrats, one is compromised in one’s health deliverables.
✅And mind you, this technocrat malaise is not just in the MOH
✅The paucity of ideas, imagination, motivations & skill sets is pervasive in the civil service-kinda open secret la!

Since 1998 I’ve cared for women & children living with HIV/AIDS in @imamalaysia Rumah Solehah
I have some insight into the problem though not as great @adeeba @ummuafeera whose passion & dedication I totally admire & respect!
✅Unfortunately, many who dabble in the PrEP issue have virtually no hands on experience in dealing with this most painful, sensitive & explosive issue.
✅They lack empathy and more crucially, they lack rahmah, compassion & love for the marginalised communities
✅They stigmatise further these vulnerable groups mainly young Muslims, instead of engaging with them to decrease their risky behavior & saving them from being infected with HIV/AIDS
✅You don’t achieve abstinence with one turn-over camp or 1-2 sessions of dr consult!
