Bath removes depression. It drives away bad dreams.

12. Na Snaanam Aachareth Bhukthvaa
Never take bath immediately after taking food. Digestion is
adversely affected.

13. Naasthi Meghasamam Thoyam
No water matches rainwater in purity.

Indigestion can be addressed by taking plain

15. Sarvathra Noothanam Sastham Sevakaanne Puraathanam
Always prefer food that are fresh. Stale food has no
nutritive value.

16. Nithyam Sarvaa Rasaabhyaasaha
Take complete food that has all tastes i.e Salt, Sweet, Bitter, Sour, Astringent and Pungent.

17. Jataram Poorayedhardham Annahi
Fill your stomach half with solids, a quarter with water
and rest leave it empty.

18. Bhukthvopa Visathasthandraa
Never sit idle after taking food. Walk for at least half an hour.

19. Kshuth Saadhuthaam Janayathi
Hunger increases the taste of food. In other words, eat only when hungry.
20. Chinthaa Jaraanaam Manushyaanaam
Worrying speeds up ageing.

21. Satham Vihaaya Bhokthavyam
When it is time for food, keep all other jobs aside.

22. Sarvaa Dharmeshu Madhyamaam
Choose always the middle path. Avoid extremes in anything.

A farmer from Abohar - Fazilka region of Punjab has the following to say..
I have been actively farming for 2 decades now & I have witnessed many things happening at the APMC’s..I have seen classification of C grade grain miraculously change into B grade..
Similarly I have also
witnessed the weigh bridge weigh in the empty truck at 39 tons and the full truck at 55 tons and later found that the unloaded truck weighed 43 tons at another weigh bridge.
There are over 30,000 registered arthiyas in Punjab.
These 30,000 employ another 3,00,000 sub agents or
sidekicks or people who wouldn’t have made it into doing anything anyplace were it not for the patronage network of these 30,000. There are only 1500 farming villages in Punjab.
So 3,30,000 divided by1500 is about 220 people on average per village doing the work of middlemen.

My husband's cousin who was a scientist in one of our country's leading institutions and his wife who was the daughter of yet another award winning distinguished scientist of our country
Their daughter studied engineering, was a meritorious student, met a kerala xtian in happened. Hindu parents ready to accept but xtian parents brainwashed the girl to convert. She converted..her mother was so upset that she has asked her not to visit temples..
Relationship between them are formal..for basics.

Engineering college alumni get together of my husband..2 old friends meet..
One a Malayali Hindu another a Manglorean xtian..their children meet too! The Hindu daughter a gold medallist and the boy a grad engineer..
