1/"The Work" Critical DEI & Antiracism

Last Spring, Norman Public Schools Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion gave a training to teachers called "Teaching for Equity."

You can find the link to that video below. Please follow along

@realchrisrufo
2/ First, it is important to note that there is no difference between CRT, DEI & Antiracism as practiced in schools, organizations, and government. All three monikers are seamlessly interchangeable drawing distinctions without a difference.

"The Work" is foundational to all 3.
3/"The Work" is a systematic and discriminatory method of action designed to induce institutional compliance and structural transformation by using these techniques.

This system of manipulation can be identified in Stephanie Williams' Norman Public Schools Teacher Training.
4/
1. Misdirection

The process starts with intentional misdirection, designed to leave the target feeling unsure and insecure. She does this in the macro by ignoring her presented outline.
5/She does this in the micro by presenting illogical, non-linear graphics that serve to camouflage the Ethnocentric Viewpoint discrimination necessary to engineer Equity

This is especially effective on teachers who are specifically trained to present ideas linearly and logically
6/Within this illogical, non-linear structure, Ms. Williams actually begins at Step 4 of her outline. Having Hard Conversations. Though, she does not present this slide at the time that she is doing this.
7a/
Respect her authority and understanding. It is required for your job. "Not optional"

Research and Relearn privilege and what that means for you. (identity + viewpoint = privilege status)
7b/
Reflect on whether or not your identity + viewpoints place you into the historically privileged or marginalized category. (Because your requirements are different based upon these uncontrollable factors)
7c/
Resign yourself to accepting without question that if you are in the historically privileged category that you must experience the discomfort of receiving and inflicting discrimination in order to create Equity.
7d/ Important Note for Later
"Hard Conversations" in DEI trainings is a renamed version of the "Growth Zone" of AntiRacism, which is CRT in practice. "The Work" is the systemic method of action connecting all the monikers of CRT ideology. I will show this in order later
8a/ Incriminate

The Research and Reflect portions of "Hard Conversations" are the incrimination portion of this manipulation. She sets this up by offering a false sense of security to those who might have doubts or might dissent.
8b/Intimidate
The Relearn and Resign are the intimidation.

She presents specious, incomplete data out of context supposedly showing how a majority of teachers feel about Equity. This is designed to create the mirage of peer pressure, in order to coerce teachers into acceptance
8c/
Although she says there are no wrong answers, she quickly contradict that statement after presenting the above "data"
9/Separate

Then, she confirms her implicit assertions that your status as privileged or marginalized derive first from the color of your skin. She uses the term "other than white" to draw this bright line distinction. Allyship is only achieved for privileged viewpoint acceptance
9b/
She then implicitly defines what this separation entails. The Historically Privileged must gain the Empathy (acceptance of CRT ideology) in order to be good (Ally).

Notice the asymmetry of expectations based upon the formula. Identity + Viewpoint = Privilege Status
9c/
10b/ Manipulating Language and Structure
She then makes an unannounced shift from practicing "The Work" on the teachers (Equity in Action) to training them how to do "The Work" in their classrooms or "spheres of influence" (Equity Literacy)
This is an inversion of her outline.
10b/
The implicit message is that Equity, The Work, and Ethnocentric Viewpoint Discrimination are synonymous in definition and practice. After presenting this is when she brings in the AntiRacism moniker via Kendi, that is "The Work" in policy and practice.
10c/ This is the collective "Call to Action," or point 5 in her outline.

"The Work" demanded of each individual (DEI) to what it takes to be "Antiracist" or good in society, which requires institutionalizing "The Work" in public policy.

The steps are presented out of order
10d/7d

This is "The Growth Zone in Order. Compare these requirements to the "Hard Conversations" in found in Tweet 7/. Also notice the switch from the individual (CRT ideology) to the societal (Antiracism) in the progression.

DEI Enforcement is the Institutional Enforcement
10e/ In Number 1 of the The Work/Growth Zone she confirms the connection between DEI (Individual) and AntiRacism (Collective) and exposes the racism inherent in the unified ideological equation: Identity + Viewpoint = Privilege Status
10f/ Then she makes what was implicit, very explicit.

In order to be good, you must Resign yourself (your mind) to accepting and practicing "The Work," aka Equity, aka AntiRacism, all of which are different names for this method of Ethnocentric Viewpoint Discrimination.
11a/ She make sure that teachers know this is to be practiced on students in the classroom and what that means
11b/
12/Then, she wraps it all up. Implicitly connecting Critical Race Theory Ideology directly to DEI and Antiracism, as well as as outlining the function of each.

CRT - The Ideology
DIE - Institutional Enforcement of Ideology
Antiracism - The Ideology in Policy

@realchrisrufo
CRT not DEI
*Explicitly

1/ On November 20, 2019 - back before Kendi was exposed as a peddler of CRT based Identity Marxism - School Choice™️ was very open about what “education choice” was meant to achieve: “social justice” (socialism) via a massive redistribution of wealth and power.
2/ In this article, former teacher union president and School Choice™️ apostle Doug Tuthill, explains how teachers unions and school choice are in perfect harmony.

How? Kendi brand CRT based Antiracism built on “Funding students, not SYSTEMS.”

“Kendi is a systems thinker…”
3/ Lest there be any doubt about the ideological foundation of School Choice™️, Tuthill says the quiet part out loud: “Todays education choice movement is deeply grounded in an anti-racist…agenda. The movement has largely embraced [a] social justice rational for ed. choice.”

3/ The federal government would develop a mechanism to monitor and enforce student PERFORMANCE through systemic Common Core aligned College and Career Readiness Standards. To make sure the federal government’s investment would be tied to federal funding and federal outcomes,
4/ President Obama initiated so-called “CHOICE IN EDUCATION” based on a “per-pupil expenditure.” (The money follows the child, right?)
Everything would be tied to the individual STUDENT, your child in the classroom.
Speaking in terms of “equity and excellence,”
5/ President Obama had a very well defined “CHOICE” plan to establish a complete “equitable” Democracy – and to extinguish our Republic – with the force of the federal government behind it. The goal here is to create public private partnerships to create a global Ed-medical sys

1/ You can’t functionally be anti-SEL and Pro School Choice™️

School Choice™️ is the fulfillment of a joint effort by H Clinton, Barack Obama, Jeb Bush, and Romney, to unify all education with the Obamacare pub/private med system. This includes SEL & WSCC

1/ @MoorePublicSch in Oklahoma is in direct violation of House Bill 1775. The following are mandatory readings and assignments from AP English class that use Kimberly Crenshaw’s(the creator of CRT)concept of intersectionality,a cornerstone of CRT and a direct violation of HB 1775 ImageImageImage
2/ These readings distributed to students violate Oklahoma’s House Bill 1775 in that they teach that students should feel guilt because members of their race did bad things that the students themselves had no part in. ImageImageImage
3/Now onto Assignment number One. Asking students about their “identity” defined by CRT as their observable characteristics, in an effort to weaponize the empathy of (guilt) students into abandoning their personality for a political Marxist Identitarian political identity. ImageImageImage
