I was on @BBCWomansHour on Monday talking about the conversations I’ve had with these teenagers/young men. This is a breakdown of the key info I’ve learned about this community over the last 18 months or so. There’s a bit more info over on my Instagram too!
My lovely friend @Whilton1 worked on this with me and is even more of a meme expert than me!
If you work with young people, vulnerable people or parents and would like a hard copy of this, I’ll be turning it into a small easy to read pamphlet. DM me or email me with the quantity of pamphlets you’d like and where to send them! Lily@vulgadrawings.com

Yesterday my friend & wonderful comedian Katie Price experienced an antisemitic attack at the Spurs Arsenal game. She doesn’t use twitter so I’m sharing what she wrote on her behalf:
Some friends and I went to The Cally to watch the North London Derby. An Arsenal pub in an Arsenal area, wearing our Arsenal shirts and cheering throughout for Arsenal. At around the 89th minute, a group of men behind us start chanting ‘we hate Tottenham’ and we all join in.
They end the chant by repeatedly chanting the slur ‘Y*ddo’, which, as a Jew is incredibly offensive. My friends and I heard but ignored, rising above it. Two minutes later, more start joining in with the chant.
