..A key point Schwartz overlooked is the Rule of Law Society IV, a 501c4, hasn't filed a '19 990, due Nov '19. As he pointed out, Steve Bannon was chairman of the board per NYS Charity Bureau filings. My guess is Bannon doesn't want certain financial info disclosed...
