Hello @NickKristof, remember when you interviewed me for your @nytimes piece last year? Your bad faith reporting is now directly responsible for me losing my main source of income. You and @LailaMickelwait are really doing God’s work putting millions of sex workers in harm’s way.
Remember how, in our 20 minute phone call, I shared with you that I’ve been a victim of abuse in the past and I find empowerment in what I do now? I suppose maybe you don’t, since you believe the only victims worth protecting are the ones who’ve never done consensual sex work.
You must think that without any way to earn money as a sex worker, I’ll just get a “real” job. But people like you, @NickKristof, who degrade and stigmatize my livelihood, make that nearly impossible. In fact you do more to *enable* trafficking than to prevent it.
You actively cause harm to sex workers like me. And I just want you to know that I will think of you and the phone conversation we had last August every time I feel hopeless and like giving up on this world that continues to make sex workers’ lives harder every day. Fuck you.

PSA to new creators in the adult industry, especially those who are doing extremely well financially:
If you like what you do and you want to being able to continue doing it, then you absolutely MUST support @FSCArmy. Become a member and set up a monthly donation. 🧵
I get that not everybody gets into this industry because they want a decades-long career. Some of you just want to get your bag and move on to the next thing, and that’s fine…
BUT if that’s your attitude *and* it prevents you from doing the bare minimum to help defend our industry, then you’ll have no right to complain when legislators keep passing shitty age verification bills (and worse, i.e. Project 2025) that cripple the platforms we all depend on.
I'm rejecting my @Pornhub Awards nomination. Here's why:
I've never branded myself as a BBW (Big Beautiful Woman) performer. This is an intentional choice I made when I began my porn career in 2012. (thread! 🧵)
I've never shot for BBW niche specific companies, and I don't use related tags on my PH uploads. Pornhub didn't contacted me to verify the nomination, so I never had a chance to discuss with a PH representative.
Considering that every other awards show in the industry requires models or their PR teams/agents to submit themselves for specific categories (probably to avoid this exact thing -- people getting nominations they don't want), this is a bit ridiculous.
