After reading so many replies. It seems the issue for the most part is:
- Lack of time
- Anxiety in online mode
- Lack of friends/training partner
- Learning combos before fundamentals

I'm definitely not the only one to notice this. But Chun-li's stance seems weird.

I think it is mostly due to her having smaller Calves compared to her Thighs. Also her right foot seems to be in a weird position which creates a bad perspective. Image
If you notice, Street Fighter IV's Chun-li legs has a similar stance to SF6, where their ankles are facing to the right. But she looks more natural/normal in SFIV, due to the THICCness balance between her thighs and calves.
Imo Chun-li peaked with SFV. Let me know what you think Image
