A 4D cube is called a tesseract, it adds the 4th dimension: time.

In Back to the Future, Doc Brown built a tesseract out of a 1982 DeLorean DMC-12 by retrofitting it with a flux capacitor

Doc had to make a deal with the Libyans for Plutonium b/c a single vial could only power a single jump through time; A round trip would require at least two vials.

So long story short, Marty escapes the clutches of Saturn in the tesseract at the courthouse (temple of Saturn) wearing the Nike swoosh which symbolizes the ring of Saturn with the lightning⚡️bolt of Zeus b/c Doc didn’t have access to plutonium in 1955.
