the super wealthy in this city get to declare their homes in lower tax states as their primary residents while middle and working-class are crushed. I'm just done.
690,000 people in NYC voted for Trump... we could literally all leave and turn Pennsylvania and Connecticut Republican.
Is there a conservative leaning city/town on the east coast that has beautiful architecture, sidewalks, and decent coffee?

I knew Matt Lewis was low IQ, but I had to do the research to prove it.

The whole cornerstone of his op-ed is that House Republicans outran Trump in 2020 in Wisconsin and that 51k GOP House voters could have flipped the state for Republicans
That is true... but House Republicans in Wisconsin typically outrun the GOP Presidential candidate.

In 2016, Wisconsin House candidates received 46% of the statewide vote to Trump's winning 47.2%... only House Republicans didn't run candidates in 25% of the House districts.
In 2012, Wisconsin House candidates received 49% to Romney's 46%.

In 2008, Wisconsin House candidates received 46% to McCain's 42% - 13k more votes (and thats without them running a candidate in 1 district)

There are so many flaws with measuring crime and immigration...

- what kinds of crimes are they being arrested for, immigrant crime and native crime rates tend to differ dramatically
- when looking at native-born americans, how recently did their ancestors immigrate
- also the reason that the status is being looked at through a study and not government data is because the govt. does not ask nation of origin for a naturalized american.
Looking at data from Texas back in 2018, legal immigrants were more likely than their American counterparts to commit sexual crimes and homicide... not to mention other non-violent crimes like identity theft
