מנכ"ל משרד הבריאות פרופ' נחמן אש השיב: "יש נתונים ברורים שמראים שמחוסנים מדבקים הרבה פחות מלא מחוסנים. אני לא יכול להוכיח בנתונים את התועלת שיש בשימוש בתו הירוק אך אנחנו מעריכים שאפידמיולוגית יש לזה משמעות גדולה בהגנה על אנשים והאפשרות של אנשים להסתובב בחופשיות באותם אירועים
הבנתם את זה?
אין לו נתונים איך להוכיח את זה שלא מוזרקים נדבקים ומדבקים יותר מאשר מוזרקים(אין בכלל הדבקה ויראלית ) אך מצד שני הוא טוען שיש לזה הצדקה .
