Now we have 1. the bacteria, 2. antibodies from turtle serum bound to the bacteria, and 3. a special antibody that binds to this reaction.  From this, we can add a special chemical mixture that turns this reaction yellow, and we can measure how “yellow” it is #SeaTurtleTalks 6/7
