If you do that continually, you will overwork your pancreas, and put your body in extreme insulin dependence

Eat 1-2 times a day, live life to the fullest.
Eating too frequently is stressful to your body in a lot of ways.

Digestion requires a lot of energy, and constantly being in a fed state distracts your brain from performing other functions.

You are constantly having to use up glucose neglecting the use of fat as fuel.
Fat is the chief source of energy and the most efficient fuel

Your mitochondria(power house) are very okay with fat as the source of fuel

Your heart health will improve tremendously when you start controlling your eating frequency

Your liver will afford more time to work more

Controlling your eating frequency in times like this is the ultimate health hack.

Do it and don't feel bad about.
Most of you become so fed that you hardly ever utilize fat for energy

Constant tiredness and fussy feeling are the order of the day.

But you eat bowl of cereal every morning

Thinking it's normal.

Don't rush for early morning break fast, you will end up with convenience
Over real food.

Instead shift it a bit into the day while drinking water.

Condition your mind to think nourishment around food instead of energy.

You are already bags of energy

Prioritise protein at every single meal.

Eat with awareness and Joy

Learn to cook your meals
Your self

Exude love and radiance over the food.

Use rights ingredients

Use a lot of spices.

It's should be taboo for garlic, ginger, and turmeric to lack in your kitchen.

Always start your day with lot of eggs.

Above all pay attention to your body.

What does the Atkins diet and Japanese Diet have in common?

While one favours the consumption of more carbohydrates.

The other favours consumptions of fats.

Truth is they both work.


Because they somehow eliminate FRUCTOSE.

First forward it today people that stick it out are having the best time of their lives fit and metabolically healthy.
