@Jennifer_Arcuri Marshal law is outlawed by 1627 Petition of Rights and domestic deployment outside of war requires consent of Parliament due to the 1688 Bill of Rights.
@Jennifer_Arcuri Art.6 Bill of Rights (1688)
"That the raising or keeping a standing Army within the Kingdome in time of Peace unlesse it be with Consent of Parlyament is against Law."
@Jennifer_Arcuri 1627 Petition of Rights
"And that the aforesaid Comissions for proceeding by Martiall Lawe may be revoked and annulled. And that hereafter no Comissions of like nature may issue forth to any person or persons whatsoever to be executed as aforesaid, lest by colour of them
@Jennifer_Arcuri any of your Majesties Subjects be destroyed or put to death contrary to the Lawes and Franchise of the Land."
"no man should be forejudged of life or limbe against the forme of the Great Charter (Magna Carta) and the Lawe of the Land"
@Jennifer_Arcuri With these being suable civil torts, applications can be made to a County Court or High Court to seek an injunction against deployment contrary to law.
If Boris wants delegated power to deploy he should table a statute to allow for it.

Moment killer cop stopped Sarah Everard on street for a fake Covid check.
Yet this is just the tip of an iceberg on how @metpoliceuk violated (battered) our minds, bodies & souls via Covid fraud, breaching their oath to uphold our ancient laws and customs mol.im/a/10041217
The Association (1688), made statute by the Crown and Parliament Recognition Act (1689). England's Declaration of Independence:
"WE whose Names are hereunto subscribed, who have now joined for the Defence of the Protestant Religion, and for maintaining the ancient Government,
and the Laws (Common Law) and Liberties of England, Scotland, and Ireland, do engage, to Almighty God, to his Highness the Prince of Orange, and to one another, in the Defence of it; and never to depart from it,

@pjhlaw , thanks @DaddyDragon15 for this, in DARRIS FRIEND, et al., v. CITY OF GAINESVILLE, Case No. 01-2021-CA-2412, Florida's 8th Circuit Court approved an injunction against mandatory employee vaccination on the basis of their right to privacy. myfloridalegal.com/webfiles.nsf/W…
s5(5) of the 2021 Care Home "Mandate"
"Nothing in this regulation authorises the processing of personal data in a manner inconsistent with any provision of data protection legislation."
Common law right to privacy not even mentioned.
Under the 1998 Access to Medical Reports Act, the employer must make an application under s.3(1) for medical information. Under s.3(1)(b) and s.3(2)(b) the employee has a right to decline.

@pjhlaw how does mandatory Covid Passport certification work with data protection laws and the common law right to privacy?
Under Plan B, in certain settings:
mandatory vaccine-only certification could be introduced for all visitors aged 18 or over
members of the workforce aged 18 or over in these settings could then be required to test regularly, if they are not fully vaccinated
I cannot believe this crap. Read the whole thing, this is out of control.

To purge the Conservatives of Tory Socialists like Josef Javid Mengele, read this article.
Join your local Conservative Association & oust dodgy Chairmen & Executive Councillors at the AGM.
They select and control politicians, members select them at AGM's. westonaprice.london/articles/take-…
It takes around 50 motivated people to take back a constituency because on average they have just 350 members, most of whom are lazy.
Take back the Executive Council, so come the politicians.
Identify & remove all globalists & Tory Socialists.
Ask yourself why the press never discuss the Chairmen and Executive Councillors of local party associations? Why they never discuss local party AGM's and hustings?
Yet you get wall to wall coverage of general elections.
Look over here, not over there, why?

@pjhlaw Art.5 Bill of Rights (1688)
"That it is the Right of the Subjects to petition the King and all Commitments and Prosecutions for such Petitioning are Illegall."
A prosecutor and convicting judge can be sued.
@pjhlaw This right flowed from the Trial of the Seven Bishops where the Seven Bishops including Arch Bishop of Canterbury were acquitted of seditious libel for humbly petitioning the king. jacobite.ca/documents/1688…
@pjhlaw The Prince of Orange, later King William III eloquently declared his reasons for this clause of the Bill of Rights as follows, as cited from the Journal of the English Parliament, 10/10/1688. See thread below.

In our letter we acknowledge that schools can delegate vaccine delivery, but the Supreme Court case, Woodland v Essex states that duty of care cannot be delegated
