The UK's forgotten Declaration of Independence
The ASSOCIATION - Exeter 19/12/1688
"WE whose Names are hereunto subscribed, who have now joined for the Defence of the Protestant Religion, & for maintaining the ancient Government, & the Laws & Liberties of England, Scotland, & Ire
do engage, to Almighty God, to his Highness the Prince of Orange, & to one another, in the Defence of it; & never to depart from it, until our Religion, our Laws, & our Liberties are so far secured to us,
in a free Parliament, that we shall be in no danger of falling under Popery & Slavery.

& whereas we are engaged in this common Cause, under the Protection of the Prince of Orange, by which means his Person may be exposed to the desperate and cursed Attempts of Papists,
& other bloody Men: We do therefore solemnly engage, both to God & to one another, that if any such Attempts are made upon him, we will pursue, not only those who make them, but all their Adherents, & all that we find in Arms against us, with the utmost Severities
of a just Revenge, to their Ruin & Destruction; & that the Execution of any such Attempt (which God of his Mercy forbid) shall not divert us from prosecuting this Cause, which we do now undertake; but that it shall engage us to carry it on with all the Vigour
that so barbarous a Practice shall deserve."
At Exeter the 19th Day of December, 1688.…

This, our Declaration of Independence was made statute by the Crown and Parliament Recognition Act of 1689…
From the Prince of Orange's Additional Declaration:
"And it is plain, that there can be no Redress nor Remedy offered, but in Parliament, by a Declaration of the Rights of the Subjects that have been invaded; and not by any pretended Acts of Grace,
to which the Extremity of their Affairs has driven them. Therefore it is that we have thought fit to declare, that we will refer all to a free Assembly of the Nation, in a lawful Parliament."
And so a free Parliament came to pass that has once again been subverted and extirpated, but this time we have our Bill of Rights from that Glorious Revolution as testament to our "undoubted Rights and Liberties".…

@pjhlaw is this leaflet suitable to satisfy the lawful requirements for informed consent? Is it written in a language aimed at a person who has capacity to make complex medical decisions?…
From the booklet:
"Recently, cases of infammation of the heart (called myocarditis or pericarditis) have been
reported very rarely after COVID-19 vaccines.
Most of these cases have been in younger men and usually a few days after the second vaccination."
"Most people recovered and felt better following rest and simple treatments."

Yet, From the Myocarditis Foundation:
"There is no cure at present for either type of myocarditis."

@pjhlaw how does mandatory Covid Passport certification work with data protection laws and the common law right to privacy?…
Under Plan B, in certain settings:
mandatory vaccine-only certification could be introduced for all visitors aged 18 or over
members of the workforce aged 18 or over in these settings could then be required to test regularly, if they are not fully vaccinated
I cannot believe this crap. Read the whole thing, this is out of control.
