17 Ways To FORCE Your Brain To Focus

thread
1. Turn off your phone

2. Install an extension like Prod.io which blocks websites until your to-do list is complete

3. Listen to the right music. Movie / video game soundtracks are DESIGNED to keep you focused. Try that.
4. Pair your coffee with an L-Theanine supplement

5. Eat clean. Your gut is your second brain & can make all the difference

6. Create a another user on your computer without any apps or personal stuff. Keep one for work and one for leisure. (homage @ROGUEWEALTH for this)
7. MEDITATE.

I created this routine that I go through every morning.

It helps you clear your mind & develop UNBREAKABLE focus.

It's called "Calm Focus".

8. Try a dopamine detox (too much to explain in one tweet. Google for more info)

9. Change up your environment. Work in a coffee shop or library. Don't underestimate the power of an aesthetic environment either.
10. Exercise more. The benefits of working out aren't just physical. The mental benefits are just as powerful (if not more).

11. Try the Pomodoro technique (Google it)

12. Fasted brain can be very effective. Try doing important work on an empty stomach and see if it suits you.
13. Tell yourself that you're focused. Sounds stupid but if you constantly repeat to yourself "I AM FOCUSED. I AM PRODUCTIVE" it'll make a difference.

14. Work offline. If your work can be done without internet access... simply turn it off for a few hours.
15. Stop giving yourself all day to do things. Have STRICT deadlines.

16. Have a short to-do list. 3-4 BIG tasks instead of 13 small tasks.

17. Plan out your day the night before

How I went from 0 to 70,000 followers on TikTok in under 30 days

thread
NICHE:

I won't drop my specific niche but it's VERYY focused and passionate.

Here's how I found it:

I found a sub-reddit around a monetizable niche and started repurposing the 'top content' for TikTok.

Having that built-in audience definitely helped.
MONETIZATION:

The audience I'm targeting is VERY passionate and I don't think I'll have many problems with monetization.

I've looked into it a lot and I've found the BEST way to monetize is to:

22 valuable lessons I learned on the journey from $0 to 6-figures as a total beginner.

(these lessons will also get me to 7-figures this year)

THREAD
1. Most "creative" and "ground-breaking" ideas will come from doing something unrelated to work (showering, going for a walk, etc.)

2. Stories sell. That’s it. That’s the whole lesson.
3. Keeping your ear to the streets and learning about every little quirk your customer has might just be the highest ROI skill you can develop. Immerse yourself into their community.
