1/ Recently many Friends have been reaching out about my Charitable efforts around the world asking how they could contribute. The general agreement is that many want to donate to take action where injustice is prevalent, where people don't have opportunities to stand up...
2/ But we are missing an organisation that is transparent and direct. After multiple requests to make something about it i decided to create "The Pond" a multisign Gnosis Vault devoted to commit funds to Charity and take the action in our hands, as the Frog Nation.
The Pond mission is to take care of the ones less fortunate than us, the small Frogs, and create a safe 'pond' where they can grow and find light. The focus will be, non exclusively, on Children, Elderly and Animals, the segment of the Population that really have no choice.
The Pond address is gnosis-safe.io/app/#/safes/0x… and the first Multisigners are me, Sifu.eth and Molly @bigmagicdao to start. Many others will join to ensure funds are in the hands of real trusted actors in the Blockchain community.
To kickstart this beautiful initiative i've decided to migrate all my personal projects to it and donate 300'000 $MIM to 'The Pond' allowing it to have the first budget to be allocated. etherscan.io/tx/0xf1edb01d7…
I truly hope that this effort can activate many frogs to actively engage with it and create a community that is focused on giving rather than taking, and sharing rather than winning. After all, We should all make it.
