My awesome followers may have patience while I pontificate. To be honest there may be a tiny bit of Blue Ice vodka involved, because it is Saturday. And because it is awesome. *sips* What the hell is going on? /1
We need a #GenX revolution. Our kids are #GenZ. Two undervalued groups that don't fit particularly well into right v left. My kids love everyone from Rogan, to Gutfeld to Jordan Peterson. They want authenticity and honesty. I think they are emblematic. At least with what I see /2
among their friends. They have been in the social media age forever. They know so much of it is fake. They CRAVE authenticity. As parents we have been honest with them. Maybe even raised them free range. I know mine played Cards Against Humanity in the high school cafeteria. /3
That game was even a little blue for me. I tried and was shocked. But it clearly indicated none of them were particularly concerned with political correctness. And some of their historical references tell me their history education was not as warped as we see now. They knew /4
who Hitler was and what he did. They even knew how to make Dick Cheney and Bill Clinton jokes. Equal opportunity offenders. Not one of them would have been offended by Dave Chappelle's Netflix special. Most will groan if he apologizes. No matter who they voted for. /5
I may be wrong, but #GenZ gives me hope. They are great kids. More resilient than you might expect and there is the whole extended adolescence thing. They are going to college at lower rates, we need to give them new options. /6
But they are funny and tougher than you might think. If you are real with them, authentic, you can win them over. Fakery gets you nowhere. kinda like #GenX. Suspicious of concentrations of power, but as compassionate as you can get. /7
Talk to them like mom and dad. On the level and be real. They already see it at the gas pump and are receptive to understanding how energy independence made it better. Oddly, thanks to social media, they are high info voters. Treat them that way. /end

Bill Buckley thought he stood athwart history screaming STOP. Sure. It is left to Gen X. The Silent Generation told us to earn our stripes. We did. The Boomers refused to give up their power. Then ceded it to their woke kids. /1
Their kids hate America. My little cousins are SO stupid. Bathed in Zinn & Ayers. They missed us. The John Hughes generation. Like Chapelle, Maher, Gutfeld, we don’t give a f*ck about your feelz. Grow up. Produce something. /2
You were raised in the safest, most prosperous & powerful country ever & decided your decadence was a reason to vote for DECLINE Millennials. We don’t give a f*ck how you identify. Be competent. Get one of the 11 million jobs that are open /3

Preserve the meritocracy without prejudice.

It is the only way forward. If the brightest engineer is a man who wears pearls & a skirt do you care?

If the best finance pro is a woman who sleeps with women do you care?

It’s being the best that matters. Not the identity shit.
You don’t have to approve. Spend holidays or bring your co-workers home.

You can respect capability without sanctioning a lifestyle.

At the end of the day in business knowledge, performance & results matter /2
As a former HR Director I would not hire someone because of those factors or decline them because of them.

All I cared about was the ability to do the job, the ability to be part of the team, and the drive to produce results.

If you expect special treatment because of your /3

Hi. If you plan to run across the U.S. border, let me clue you in.

One of the reasons you want to come here is because you believe if you work hard, your children can move up. We were a socially mobile country.

The Democrats letting you over the border want to change that /1
You and your children will be part of the permanent underclass. Sent to work for a select number of oligarchs who can pay the onerous taxes & comply with the crushing regulation they propose. /2
If you send them to our public schools they “may” become proficient in English. In some urban school districts our own children do not. And asking them to become fluent in our nation’s language is “racist”, /3

Because we always study how to do things we aren't planning to do. Please stop. The foundations were laid under Obama with grants in a highway bill. Hello Easy Pass. Now it's figuring out the mechanics for implementation. /1
If your state took the grants under Obama that were supposed to fix our roads, but didn't, they have to participate in the project to figure out how to implement a per mile tax. So this "infrastructure" bill will work on a program to track your movements in a vehicle, /2
track any financial transaction greater than $600 to kill small banks and make the remaining "too big to fail." It adds onto the NSA tracking of your communications and the government's hammer on big tech to get information about what you read and search. /3

I am proud to say no one from the right made an ass of themselves today in D.C. And happy to report the overblown “defense of DEMOCRACY” was comical.

HOWEVER, we have a problem as @julie_kelly2 has been reporting on so eloquently /1
People who participated in January 6 are being held & abused at a level far above what would be typical in our criminal justice system. So here’s my plan. One that once made John Boehner’s head almost explode voting on TPA under Obama. /2
We need people on the Hill who care about civil liberties shaming reps in both parties in person. Those activists need to be connected to social media influencers who can tweet out the way to contact your Congress critter in a coordinated effort to melt down their /3

Great news aggregators are the best. The right used to have Drudge.

For freelance writers like me & many others theft of our content steals income from us when they just copy & paste our full content. Zero Hedge is the worst. /1
But there are other plagiarizers out there. I wrote this today & have seen no less than 3 accounts tweet my full article copy & pasted directly. /2…
If you follow me, you know I have been writing about COVID since last February using my medical knowledge & combined knowledge to try & disseminate what you aren’t seeing in the MSM. It takes time & effort. Others write about things I am not knowledgeable about /3
