Our old scumbag friend from Deadspin Tom Ley is back! How can anybody allow this to happen? Since the inside edition article was published Ive vehemently denied the accusations. The article is filled with falsehoods and inaccuracies. 1/5

The only proof so far that has come out after the article was published are DM’s I provided and a police report that directly contradicts their story and backs me up

So yes the quotes attributed to the 2 women in the business insider article are lies. I stand by that and anybody who did an ounce of unbiased research would come to the same conclusion.

This is a vivacious cycle that won’t end. Our enemies write a hit piece, use that hit piece as fact and then use it as the basis to write more hit pieces when we call bullshit on the original. This is why I fight and will not let this go.

They continue to play a game with my life and the lives of everybody who works at Barstool. It’s disgusting and they need to be held accountable.

I want to make it very clear what @PatrickCoffee and BI are doing. They are proactively contacting all our advertisers essentially alerting them they are writing another article about us, including a link to the first article 1/5

They are essentially threatening them with “do you want to be perceived as supporting a rapist”. The evidence to say Im a rapist is their own reporting that included no evidence or facts to back their claim. Written by a reporter who deleted all her tweets prior to publication

This is the Business Insider playbook. A company run by a man convicted of fraud and banned from the Sec for life. Usually these tactics work because Advertisers get scared. Social media becomes an echo chamber of the vocal minority.
