Judge LAMBERTH says he'll sentence Fairlamb to 41 months of incarceration.
Lamberth says this will turn out to be relatively low compared ot other Jan. 6 defendants charged for assaulting officers.
Fairlamb, he said, pleaded guilty, has expressed remorse, and he wasn't a planner/conspiracist.
"You couldn't have beat this" at trial, Lamberth says.
