What would you add to the list?

1) Fixing the autism backlog. How this was a massive controversy 3 years ago, and literally nothing has been done since then is beyond appalling.

2) Mandating vaccinations for health care workers. As many have pointed out already, it makes no sense that an unvaxxed person could not eat indoors at a restaurant, but could provide care for vulnerable populations.

3) Mandating vaccinations for education workers. If he truly cared about children, he would not allow unvaxxed adults to teach them for hours a day. See also, mandating vaccinations for all age-eligible children.

4) Repeal Bill 124. Nurses have given everything to us this pandemic. Not only do they deserve more than a 1% raise, but the legislation is pushing nurses out of the profession and out of Ontario. @birgitomo has been a staunch advocate for this.

5) Actually show up to his job - not just his campaign stops. @WendyGoodes has done a fantastic job tracking Ford's attendance at Queen's Park, and he's just never there. When he does show up, it's for 30 minutes before he bails.

6) Backtrack on the firm date to end vaccine mandates and the mask mandate. As many logical people have pointed out, this does nothing but encourage people to wait it out, rather than get vaxxed.

7) End the foolish requirement for High Schools to adhere to just 2 classes a day. Cohorts are a myth. Staff and student mental health is in the gutter. Ford needs to allow Boards to go back to 75 minute periods.

8) Cease further "opening-up", and even scale back on current capacity limits, until kids can get vaccinated. Like, my god...sacrificing the health of children for the economy is reprehensible.

9) On capacity limits and other restrictions, have the courage to make a central decision rather than passing the buck to local Health Units all the time.

10) Follow through with his promise to lower electricity rates. Under Ford, electricity rates have increased since the Wynne era.

11) Reinstate the rebate for electrical vehicles. Suggesting only millionaires benefit from such rebates is non-sensical. Electric vehicles are estimated to be a key contributor to helping Ontario reach our climate targets.

12) Immediately reverse the 500 million cut to schools. As Biden says "show me your budget, and I'll tell you what you value". Doug Ford values highways over the education and mental health of children.

13) Publicly apologize for sneaking through legislation that would have allowed noted homophobe, transphobe, and Islamophobe, Charles McVety, to offer University degrees out of Canada Christian College. This has since been overturned by the courts.

14) Remove legislation that protects long-term care homes, whose criminal negligence led to the death of many residents. Then, commit to holding those homes accountable for their gross misconduct.

15) Publicly denounce the views of his anti-vax daughter, and son-in-law, who also laments the impact of the BLM movement on himself and his police buddies.

16) Raise the minimum wage to the minimum required to live sustainably. $15 is not a livable wage anywhere in the GTA.

17) Sign the $10 a day child-care plan. Let's be honest. There are only two reasons this hasn't been signed yet. One, he wants the Feds to also pay for full day kindergarten (which is ludicrous). And two, he wants to sign closer to the election to score the political points.

18) Apologize to immigrant families for the xenophobic and anti-immigrant rhetoric he spewed that suggested immigrants were milking the system and not hard-working. Also, stop pretending his phone is the immigrant compliment hotline.

19) Officially acknowledge September 30th as the National Truth and Reconciliation day.

20) Offer a real sick leave plan, of at least 10 days for all workers, instead of just three days.

21) Fix messaging around vaccines, restrictions, and mandates. Stop pandering to the anti-vax crowd and run a coherent, logical, and targeted advertising campaign that clearly states the benefits of vaccines.

22) Reverse campaign election laws that prevent 3rd parties from airing political ads. Ford says this is to prevent big unions from influencing elections, but unions represent people. Meanwhile, Ford regularly holds $1000+ a plate dinners to cozy up with developers.

23) Remove the position held by failed PC candidate Cameron Montgomery, which pays him 140K a year, when the job previously came with a $4K a year salary

24) Get rid of EQAO and the OSSLT. Student mental health is suffering. Teaching to the test means and demonstrates nothing. Millions of dollars that could actually be invested in classrooms.
