Bhim Army & ASP must de-seggregate Pasmanda Caste Muslims (3.5 crore) from 0.5 crore Ashraf caste Muslims of UP and bring Pasmanda Caste Muslims under electoral umbrella of Dalit - Pasmanda political alliance.
The flawed monolithic "Muslim" identity of UP's sub regionally distinctive Muslim sub identites will be of NO USE to Bhim Army/ASP.

Most Ashraf Caste Muslims like Ahsan Khan (above) ally with Dalit organizations only to usurp space of Pasmanda Caste Muslims by pushing Pasmandas and inserting themselves as sole "Muslims" and thereby milk monetary & political advantage that may come from Dalit -Muslim alliance.
