Hey @LeapCard my 14 year old kid tagged on the @luas this evening with 4.65 on his card (topped up by €5 last night). When the @luas inspector checked his card it said he had -0.35 cent and issued him a 100 euro fine. Card showing 4.65 on our phones still!! 1/2

2/2 This is the second time this has happened in 2 weeks with brand new cards. The other incident was with my daughter being refused on a bus that again wasn't reading the top up on the card.
Please advise as I refuse to pay a fine for a fault on your system.

Have dated/timed screen shots and credit card statement of the top up.
