Alchemy is not only about making potion. The common goals are; to turn “base metals"(lead) into "noble metals" (gold), to make philosopher's stone (an elixir of immortality/panaceas that cures any disease)→ to make perfection of body and soul through the alchemical “magnum opus”
Magnum opus (“great work”, or masterpiece) has 4 major stages
1. nigredo, the blackening
2. albedo, the whitening
3. citrinitas, the yellowing
4. rubedo, the reddening, purpling
Each stage is represented with symbols, *a bird, and a color

But in GI (Albedo’s ascension voice) the order is
Nigredo → Albedo → Rubedo → Citrinitas which is “gold” in this context.

(Could it’s possible that Albedo(character) also has another side in his birth process. He has a foreshadowing of having “black side-white side” since his first trailer.

Peacock stage — Pavo Ocellus (Kaeya’s constellation)
All colors in a peacock tail combine and make a rainbow which produces light that ceases darkness of nigredo, turning it into chalk. Also forms consciousness to a body.

points out that “Kaeya” might comes from “kaja”(Ger) or “keia”(Nor) which means “jackdaw” this bird is related to crows and ravens.

Crows and jackdaws LOVE shiny things, such as jewels which seems to line up with Kaeya's whole "treasure-hunting pirate" thing. OP also found an Aesop’s fable about “The Bird in Borrowed Feathers” the main character of this fable is a crow or a daw. (More often a crow)
The crow was ashamed of its ugliness, so it stuck peacock feathers into its tail, looked down on its kind and joined the peacocks. Peacocks realized that it’s an imposter & attacked it. The bird later got rejected by its fellows & eventually has no place to be on neither side.

Kaeya is a peacock but also a crow in disguise, one day the truth will be revealed (“fate will catch up with him”) that he’s from Khaenri’ah. When the day arrives, he will have to choose a side.
Black sun — (Kaeya’s bloodline)
In a book “Breeze Amidst the Forest” says
“The Eclipse Dynasty (CN: 黑日王朝, black sun dynasy) was the ruling dynasty of the Kingdom of Khaenri'ah up until 500 years ago, where its fall brought upon the fall of Khaenri'ah itself.”

About “Alberich”
The name means “king of elves/dwarves” (Alb- = elf/dwarf/fairies)
In Wagner's opera cycle Der Ring des Nibelungen, Alberich stole “gold” from the Rhinemaidens* and made a magical ring that possesses a powerful power out of that gold.

This “Rhinemaidens”(Rheintöchter : Rhine daughters) = “Rhinedottir” (means “daughter of Rhine”) who is Albedo's master and a practitioner of art of Khemia.
Back to the ring, it is so powerful that Alberich thinks of taking over the world with it. If he attacks Valhalla(home of gods) with the ring, he will even defeat the Gods.

BUT Alberich was attacked by gods, Wotan and Loge, and they took the ring from him.
Rages, Alberich laid a curse on the ring.
That it will not give no one power unless it is returned to him. That the owner will be burned with jealousy, murderous envy from within.

This action (process) transformed the ring's brightness into darkness. It’s the process of “blackening of the sun” (=eclipse)
Maybe… Celestia did attacked Khaenri’ah, but what came after were not the doing of Celestia or archons alone.
