Until Oda shows a feat of ryuma like him slicing some mountain in half I might give it to him but even then Garp himself said he was pulverizing mountains to warm himself up in his fight against don chinjao in his flashback. Garp clearing ryuma no problem

And you can say “but ryuma is what made the WG so afraid of wano” yeah but then again there’s been many other people that made the WG afraid in general, like rocks and the emperors who Garp used to manhandle back in the day

Folks act like ryuma was slicing down fleets on the daily to prevent them from entering when there’s a nearly insurmountable waterfall stopping everyone.
