And now the fate of Kyle Rittenhouse is in the jury's hands. 6 of the 18 were dismissed, the other 12 have been sent to deliberate the five counts he faces. They are allowed to ask to see evidence again and to ask questions of the judge. #KyleRittenhouse
Schroeder to the six dismissed: rare cases in which dismissed jurors are restored to the jury so keep to the rules. They do not have laptops with them. They are going to get their belongings now before separating from the 12. He thanks them as they go
Schroeder tells the attorneys to stay within 10 minutes of the courthouse in case the jury has questions for them. It seems court is now in recess #KyleRittenhouse

The jury is now being led into the courtroom. Judge Schroeder had 36 pages of instructions to read, it'll now be a little shorter after count 6 was thrown out. This is when we will learn if the judge will allow the jury to consider lesser charges for some counts #KyleRittenhouse
