تشرفت بالحصول على شهادة من منظمة حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية، ومعهد آسر للقانون الدولي والأوروبي بعد إكمالي برنامج التدريب السنوي الثاني عشر عن نزع السلاح ومكافحة انتشار أسلحة الدمار الشامل.

ركٌّز التدريب المكثف على الأسلحة الكيميائية حيث تناول التطورات والتقدم العلمي في مجال نزع السلاح الكيميائي والبيولوجي كما ناقش مؤتمر نزع السلاح الكيميائي ومؤتمر نزع السلاح البيولوجي، وتحدث عن آليات عمل منظمة حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية وعمل فريق التحقيق وتحديد المسؤولية،

وكذلك عن أخطار الإرهاب باستخدام #الأسلحة_الكيميائية وتحديات استمرار استخدامها، وخاصة في سوريا حيث يُهدد مبادئ اتفاقية نزع السلاح الكيميائي بشكل خاص فيما يتعلق باستخدام دولة عضو (حكومة النظام السوري) للأسلحة الكيميائية، وقضايا عديدة أخرى.

على أمل نقل خبرة التدريب لفريقنا العامل في هذا المجال قريباً @snhr وربما نعمل على ورشة تدريبية مع بعض المنظمات السورية الشريكة، وكتابة دليل باللغة العربية عنه، فسوريا أكثر بلد في العالم عانى شعبها من #الأسلحة_الكيميائية في هذا العصر.

I was honored to receive the certificate from the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons @OPCW and @TMCAsser for International and European Law for completing the twelfth annual training for the disarmament and non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

The highly intensive training focused on chemical weapons, as it discussed the developments and scientific progress in the field of disarmament of chemical and biological weapons. In addition, the training addressed the Conference on #Chemical and the #Biological Disarmament

Cyber-Attacks, Mostly Russian, Target the Syrian Network for Human Rights Website Again
Since the beginning of this month @snhr website has been subjected to very violent cyber-attacks aimed at obstructing browsing of the website, in preparation for permanently shutting it down

According to the analysis of data provided by Cloudflare Security Services, the attacks again escalated last night, continuing for nearly six consecutive hours, during which 273 threats were registered, as the chart shows, with 243 of these occurring within one ten-minute period.

Another chart shows that the source of the vast majority of the attacks is Russia; the reason behind these attacks is @snhr documentation of the multiple violations committed by Russian forces since the beginning of Russia’s military intervention in Syria in September 2015

ما زال موقع @SN4HR يتعرض منذ بداية الشهر لهجمات إلكترونية عنيفة جداً تهدف إلى عرقلة تصفحه، ووفقاً لتحليل البيانات المقدمة من خدمة الحماية Cloudflare فإن الهجمات تصاعدت خلال ستة ساعات متواصلة الليلة الماضية، وبلغت 273 تهديداً كما يظهر المخطط البياني، 243 منها في غضون عشر دقائق
