I think that the element judge intented to give to sanji is the "light" element. This might be reason why he's able to turn invisible without the raid suit. Many hints point to that.

Before his awakening, law stated that sanji's raid suit was able to blend perflectly with its environnement. It is done throught a device. In chapter 1032, sanji not only destroyed the raid suit but he was able to literally vanish.

Objects in everyday life are visible to the naked eye when they reflect and absorb a portion of this broadband light. a blue object reflects blue light waves and absorbs everything else.The object looks blue to the eye because that’s the colour of light that’s bouncing off of it

In other words, in order to become invisible an object must do two things: it has to be able to bend light around itself, so that it casts no shadow, and it must produce no reflection. Only, a "light bender" is able to do so or a suke suke no mi user lmao

If you look at the vinsmokes, niji and Ichiji both have light related powers. One can shot beams while the other one can use electricy. The latter also used a technique called "stealth" then again....is it high speed of niji bending the light momentarily

The pacifistas, franky, queen, Ichiji to an extent, Kizaru's pika pika no mi powers have been repilicated by literally everyone in the verse. Judge, who worked with vegapunk might have used this devil fruit to modifiy his children.

If this theory is true, we might see sanji fire......... Laser beams or some meatball beams with his legs as luffy foreshadowed back in chapter 903. It might explain why oda didnt show sanji use a technique as obvious as rankyaku.

Sanji might cut queen's tentacles with cutting slashes made of light in order to give these to franky as a power up. Sanji has also been seen using some light related techniques such as spectrum. It's time for sanji to literally : shine !! ❤️
