On Jan 6th, Sen James Lankford (R-OK) had agreed to challenge states during the counting of electoral votes. This essentially means, he was on team sedition; until he wasn’t. He was literally speaking when the Senate floor was evacuated. Wait until you see where this one goes🧵👇🏻
Lankford must not have seen any tourists on Jan 6 because when the mob left, and the certification resumed, Lankford changed his mind and decided it wasn’t in his best interests to challenge the states any longer. Or perhaps he thought it not in the best interest of the country.
Either way, Lankford’s non-actions that day all but guaranteed he would be primaried for his Senate seat. Here is a quote from Gen Michael Flynn:“We need to have strong warriors who are consistent in their beliefs and their values, who are willing to take the hard or right path."
Here is an article in which the quote resides and also a video of Flynn saying it.👇🏻. ktul.com/news/local/fly…
If you didn’t watch the video, that’s ok. Flynn said these words on March 16th during a press conference for a man named Pastor Jackson Lahmeyer (pictured👆🏻) who on March 9th, announced he was running for Senate in OK to take Lankford’s seat.
Let the record reflect, Lahmeyer is dutifully wearing the traditional trump uniform of blue suit, red tie, and white shirt. Mike Flynn was there to endorse Lahmeyer’s candidacy against Sen Lankford.
Mike Flynn took 7 days to vet and determine Lahmeyer was the best candidate for the job? A pastor with an investment company serving as an umbrella for his lawn service and junk removal company is the best candidate for OK senate? He violated FEC rules too normantranscript.com/news/fec-lahme… ImageImage
On April 16th, 2021, days after endorsing Pastor Lahmeyer, Flynn spoke at Rhema Bible College during Clay Clark’s ‘Health and Freedom conference’ in Broken Arrow OK. You all know what came out of that weekend by now and if not, here is a photo to give you the picture so to speak. Image
During Flynn’s speech at the event, he mentioned a man named John Bennett. He said, Bennett was just a guy sitting on his couch a year ago and wanted to get involved in the community so on April 10th, he became the chair of the Oklahoma Republican Party.
Bennett wasn’t just a guy on a couch though. He is a former state rep for OK. And who did the new top GOP man endorse for Senate in OK? Not incumbent Sen James Lankford, but Mike Flynn’s candidate, Jackson Lahmeyer.

thedailybeast.com/oklahoma-gop-t…
And wouldn’t you know it, Jackson Lahmeyer also spoke at that Health and Freedom conference with Mike Flynn on April 16th? He says Flynn endorsed him because ‘he recognized a fighter, and I’m gonna fight like a Flynn’. Really though?

Here is that speech.
His speech is full of defending the Christian way of life. He talks about Columbus and our founding🤷🏼‍♂️. He says he was embarrassed on January 6th. Not because of the Insurrection mind you, but of Sen Lankford’s ‘cowardice’ in ‘stabbing [trump] in the back.’ His words not mine.
Lahmeyer also says ‘the 2020 election was a stolen election.’ He didn’t just say this at the health and freedom conference with Flynn, he said it to Christina Bobb…on OAN…when he was in Arizona…at the audit.

Jackson Lahmeyer, US Senate Candidate in Oklahoma says on OAN that ‘77 of Oklahoma’s 77 counties supported president trump.’ He then says ‘we believe that was a stolen election.’ Then he says ‘I believe that was a stolen election.’
I’m sorry, first off, who is ‘we’? And if all 77 counties supported trump, and if the election was stolen, is the Republican Senate candidate implying the Democrats ‘stole’ the election…for trump?🤔🤷🏼‍♂️ No, it’s just that 74% of Oklahomans, don’t seem to trust other states.
Lahmeyer also says ‘we need [audits] in Georgia, Pennsylvania (📌1), Michigan.’ The fact he says this on OAN is also telling. The fact he says it to Christina Bobb from OAN is super telling considering she funded the audit in Arizona and was in the Willard with Rudy Giuliani 1/6 ImageImage
Lahmeyer says the leaders in the Tulsa County GOP (pictured below 🤷🏼‍♂️ No Bob Jack?) urged him to run for state senate, but he shifted to Lankford. Lahmeyer’s also a pastor who provides ‘religious exemptions to vaccine.’ Did this catch the eye of Gen Flynn?
ktul.com/news/local/tul… Image
The eagle eyed among you may have spotted in a photo above that one of Lahmeyer’s credentials was OK State coordinator for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. The CEO of the BGEA is Franklin Graham who appears on that whiteboard behind Flynn, Wood and Lindell. ⭕️ below👇🏻 ImageImage
Here is the part where we take a breath and review and add some context to the proceedings, folks. Mike Flynn, who just said America should only have one religion, endorsed a pastor who is embarrassed that Sen Lankford, a baptist pastor himself, wouldn’t overthrow the government.
Jesus, how religious does one have to be in Oklahoma? It’s almost as if the faith must be putin trump. Something, something false idols, IDK. Let’s leave there for now, shall we, and head East where we encounter 📌1. Remember Lahmeyer saying Pennsylvania needed an audit too?
In Pennsylvania, a candidate for Senate named @EverettStern1 has come forward and said that ‘operativesk on behalf of Gen Mike Flynn engaged him to participate in a scheme that would provide dirt on Sen Pat Toomey and Rep Brian Fitzpatrick to ‘move’ them toward audits.

Audits?🤔
Remember, Lahmeyer was calling for audits In Oklahoma too where trump won 77 of 77 counties. So why would he need to be calling for an audit? I have the same question about the PA Senate candidate. Why was he allegedly tasked by Flynn to ‘move’ Toomey & Fitzpatrick to audits?
In exchange for what exactly, Flynn’s endorsement of @EverettStern1 in PA Senate race? A chance for Stern to be on the reawaken tour with Flynn and Lahmeyer? Stern also tells us in his press conference above, there were plans to recruit others in VA and also in: say it with me…
At some point, these dots paint a picture that Georges Seurat would be proud of. And if you don’t know who that is, then maybe Flynn’s newest idea of abolishing the Department of Education isn’t such a good one. Image
As of now though, these are just dots. The picture must come into focus. For that, we need the reporters to dig. Who convinced pastor Lahmeyer to run. Who is it serving?

No sooner had I thought I was done with Oklahoma when I saw this…a stitch to the thread above🪡👇🏻
Dr. Col. Lance Frye was named Oklahoma’s Health Commissioner in March 2020. Just in time for the pandemic. Oklahoma lost about 1.6% of its population to covid. They had 10,879 deaths and at their peak in December 2020 they had 4,000 people die. kjrh.com/news/local-new…
In Oct2021, Frye resigned. It was Gov Stitt in OK who appointed Dr Frye. Gov Stitt’s chief of staff is a guy named Bond Payne. Why am I telling you these things? Could Flynn have needed the Col for some reason? Perhaps Stitt? Payne? Why on path to trump board? Health? Freedom?👇🏻 Image
And just above Dr. Frye, why is the former Oklahoma Secy of Commerce, and Regent Bank CEO Sean Kouplen on Mike Flynn’s board? Is he on the Health or the Freedom side? The funding side? At some point, someone is going to have to ask why the names are on this monstrosity. Image
Oklahoma, you OK?

We are in the Both Sides Era. For what seems the past decade, we have been subjected to both sides of the news, normalizing the weird, accepting the inappropriate, and moving on from the unforgivable.
Both sides are not the same.

A wee Sunday morning coffee🧵👇🏻
We have been so conditioned to Both Sides everything that we immediately fall into one side or the other. We are sorting ourselves based on memes and shallow thinking. Reporters complaining about hotel experiences due to the DNC running late, isn’t news. That’s a yelp review.
Have you noticed trump is on both sides of every issue? Probably not, because the “press hasn’t yet learned how to report on trump.” Why is covering trump any different from what they learned in journalism school?

Why not ask him about his incongruities? Or a follow up question?

Did you ever hear the phrase: “they have so much money they don’t know what to do with it.”? Not a problem, I’ve ever run into myself, but Project 2025 is just that. Billionaires want to be bankers. They want to sell off our governmental oversight to private companies they own.
Here is Project 2025. There isn’t one part of our lives this won’t touch. Think it doesn’t mean you? There is no provision to exclude from its effects those who vote for fascism so choose your candidate wisely.

“There is no place for political violence” has been a pretty common refrain throughout the weekend. It really got me thinking. ”Political violence” must be one of those “you know it when you see it” types of things.

Let’s see…
🧵👇🏻
Political violence strikes me as a visual medium but there are so many things that occur before we see the blood that I think might be political violence. Are we just numb to it? How do we define what is political violence and what is just violence? Why is it different?
Are Texas Gov Greg Abbott’s razor balls floating in the river, considered “political violence”? Kind of. I mean, the idea is people from south of the US shouldn’t be allowed to come here and take our jobs.
Political.

To deter from this, razor balls in the river.
Violence.

There’s been a lot said about Joe Biden since the debate. I, along with so many of you, watched it play out in real time as respected news transmitters read out ‘inside texts’ from knee jerk reactionaries.
After much thought, I won’t be voting for Joe Biden because he’s old.
🧵👇🏻
I’ll be voting for Joe Biden because he’s team democracy. I’m voting for ideas he represents. I’m voting for the team of people he can put together. I’m voting for my own interests and for your ability to vote for your own interests. I didn’t vote for him last time either, btw.
In 2020, I voted for a November 5th, 2024 election. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were the only options on the ballot that allowed this. I colored in Joe and Kamala’s bubble to keep the lights on long enough for us to have this election. Like many of you, I voted team democracy.

I am loathe to do predictions. However, there are some things you just can’t help but see coming. Project 2025 is a blinking red alarm and we all need to be aware of the stakes of this election. Please familiarize yourself with EO11246, be discriminating voters.

A wee thread🧵👇🏻
On September 24th, 1965 President Lyndon Johnson signed Executive Order 11246. EO11246 established Equal Opportunity Employment. It includes Non-Discrimination in Government. It includes Non-Discrimination Employment by Government Contractors and Subcontractors.
Focus on Non-Discrimination Employment by Government Contractors and Subcontractors. In Sub Part B under Contractor’s Agreements, contractors agree to not discriminate against employees based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Trust me…
🧵👇🏻
The above is the oath the President takes at 12 noon on January 20. Typically, it is administered by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court but there is no law that makes that a requirement. You could have your gran do it. So why is it *usually* the Chief Justice?
For this thread let’s assume the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is there as a symbol of the law. Chief Justice Roberts in a way represents the Judicial Branch of our government on the day it grants power to the person who will symbolize the Executive Branch.
