Step 1: Finding the product

I found the product simply by scrolling through my TikTok feed

I saw an ad for a product that looked cool and decided it was worth testing

You can look up hashtags like #tiktokmademebuyit and #amazonfinds and scroll until you find cool products
Step 2: Getting ad creatives

I only tested with 2 ad creatives

I literally just downloaded the ads of the store I had seen originally running the product

This is proof you don't need to spend a ton of money on ad creatives when you're getting started
Step 3: Target audience

I targeted the big 4 countries with this product:
- UK
- USA
- Canada
- Australia

You can't target all of them on a brand new account, you must have an agency account (DM me if you want one)

But you should be good just targeting US audiences at first
Step 4: Custom content

If the product performs well in testing then make your own ad creatives

Creatives that work:
- 9:16 format
- Fast paced
- Voice overs
- Having women in ads
- Order product yourself to make vids with it
Also, when filming content make sure you include the name of your brand

Instead of "LED lights"

Say "(brand name)'s LED lights"

This is so people can't steal your ad creatives
Step 5: Make a brand account

Create a TikTok account for your brand + post your content

Not only will you get free sales this way

It also boosts your:
- Product longevity
- Product awareness
- Trust with customers

You can also use the content you make for paid ads
