In the next two months i’ll pass $1M in sales with Amazon arbitrage ytd and have talked to many 7-8 figure sellers

What successful sellers get right:

THREAD

You can make as much money selling on Amazon as you want

It specifically comes down to learning what to buy, and scaling your capital to buy what’s right

Let’s talk about a few things i’ve noticed talking to some of the best…

Obviously none of these are blanket statements, but I do have several 7 figure sellers in my immediate friend group I talk to daily

Here’s a couple traits i’ve noticed:

1 - They act FAST

Many of them have been selling on Amazon less time than me, but have done far better

Calculated risks and trusting the data

Less contemplating what could go wrong and more trusting intuition and hard data

2 - They aren’t afraid to share

Many of them post daily on social media

and like myself, fancy that if they give out free value lots will come back, some monetary, but mostly in relationships

By being active in the community, they get to learn from others while also learning themselves

Group chats are a hive mind of big 💰 info

Gotta put yourself out there to find your crew

Relationships are everything

Opportunities are abundant and time is finite, I’d much rather pass off deals to my crew than let somebody random eat.

3 - Active in the community

This goes along with my last point, but I can’t stress how important this is.

Amazon is a small niche, it’s easy to feel lonely and it makes it a lot more fun when you find friends in the trenches.

Whether it’s twitter, Instagram, seller forums, FB groups, etc

There’s others out there on the same mission with you.

Easier to grow with them.

Community > Competition

4 - Understand diversification

Amazon could shut us down at any point.

That’s why it’s NECESSARY to me multi platform, or at least multi dimensional.

Imo you need to be building personal brand, audience, and other revenue streams

Stuff is fragile, treat it like so.

Never be too reliant on one source, product, or category.

Get good at them all.

These were just a few i’ve picked up over my two years on Amazon.

I’ve seen 18 year olds do hundreds of thousands in a month, and seen 8 figure sellers speak live.

Stuff is really possible if you’re willing to put in the work.
