Banque Havilland and an offshore company controlled by one of the British Conservative Party’s biggest donors, David Rowland, re-mortgaged a disused Tube station and a private mansion for indicted Ukrainian oligarch Dmytro Firtash.

The Prince was an official guest at the opening of Havilland Bank in 2009. Two years later, in 2011, it was claimed Rowland had helped to pay off some of Ferguson’s debts.
