A car just plowed through a crowd at a Christmas parade in Waukesha, WI.

As many as 30 people people are reportedly injured.

BREAKING: New footage out of Waukesha, WI has emerged showing the vehicle deliberately plowing into people at a Christmas parade.

Sick.

The vehicle from the attack appears to have been located:
Police have issued a Public Safety Alert asking people in Waukesha to shelter in place.
"Transported total of 11 adults and 12 pediatric patients to hospitals...There were some fatalities."

Someone explain to me why the Gavin Newsom recall effort had 351K votes DELETED from the YES total LIVE on CNN.

What explanation is there for this?
We need to know. Hundreds of thousands of votes subtracted.

Listen, I get that this is a charged issue. All I want is a rational explanation. At the :55 time stamp in this video the YES totals have 315K votes deducted. Is this normal? I am a very rational person. Explain to me slowly, in a way I can understand, why this happened.

My question is simple: Why?

If the American people should get used to hundreds of thousands of votes being deducted from vote totals LIVE on TV - we are due an explanation. Why does this happen? I'm listening.

Give me a logical explanation and I'll delete these tweets.
