These Devotees, who stood firm to protect the custom and usage of Sabarimala, were then temporarily restricted from entering nearby the foothills of the Temple. Thus, the Palace assured to keep their "Irumudikkettu" inside the Tiruvābharana Māļika with safety and sanctity.

Once the restrictions were lifted, Devotees collected their "Irumudi", and then left for Sabarimala to fulfil pilgrimage.
Pandalam Palace remembers the sacrifices of Devotees for protecting Deity Rights of Lord Ayyappa.
Always with Devotees!
🙏 Swamiye Saranam Ayyappa 🙏
