CM Kevin Conwell introduces Jeremy, voices support of the arts, expressed support for Happy Dog, talks about being a jazz musician and picking up gigs.
"If I missed anybody blame it on my head, not my heart."
CM Anita Garnder is introducing someone but her mic was not on.
No other introductions. Council has no announcements.
CM Jenny Spencer thanks citizens who attended the meeting and thanked them for their presence.
"I encourage you all to engage with Council, one great way is through the committees as well."
CM Joe Jones thanks people and expresses he will miss certain people, such as Sharon Dumas and Mayor Frank Jackson,
"And I rise to thank him because our neighborhood has been blessed and fortunate to get a state of the art recreational facility."
CM Basheer Jones start talks but the sound becomes muted for a while but comes back on.
He is reflecting on his youth and how his family had to use food stamps and how a man snatched his food stamps and dared his mother to do something.
Jones recalls the feeling of seeing his mother defenseless and helpless. "We can see crime, we can see pain - "

The audio returns and Councilmember Jones is reflecting on the experiences of black men and women who have been disenfranchised.
Jones calls upon his fellow Councilmembers to support Alan States (spelling?) and the Neon Health Center.
