All you need is a city where you have an agent on the DA’s office to choose the jury. It has to be in unanimous to convict your crises actor. Get one glowie on the jury, it’s guaranteed he walks just as planned, even if everyone else, judge included, thinks it’s real.
Note that the standard practice of jury selection did not happen on this trial. They just accepted the “randomly” selected jury pool without argument.
