"If you sometimes feel you have low self confidence, read this"

Thread
Confidence is not ‘they will like me’.

Confidence is ‘I’ll be fine if they don’t’.
If you know who you really are, what you are capable of and where you headed to, you’ll never seek for validation.
Confidence is not something that you just gain, you need to work on it.
You are capable of changing your story whenever you want.
You are loved, valued, appreciated, worthy and deserving.
Be patient, and trust that the entire Universe will support you in transforming your life into its highest creative expression when you believe in yourself.
Don't allow your past relationships and other people define your self-esteem.
When it comes to confidence you have to fake it until you make it.
You will be free....the moment you no longer care about what other people think about you.
How to stop caring about what other people think of you:

They’re probably not even thinking about you.
Nothing will kill you more than Negative thoughts.

Choose to fly in Positivity.
Interrupt negative thoughts with gratitude.
Negative energy is contagious , stay away from it.
No: I can’t take this any more . I quit.

Yes: I can do it! I am doing it.

Practice positive self-talk, your mind is always listening.
Celebrate your big and small wins.
Repeat after me!

- I am strong
- I am unique
- I can do this
- I am beautiful
- I am capable of amazing things.
You live your life on auto pilot because you don't know what to do with your life.
Read the book "Live Intentionally" to change your

- habits,
- daily routine,
- mindset,
- become strong and
- disciplined.

"Meditation for those who think they can't meditate"

| Thread
The first thing is the mindset towards meditation. There's a specific image that people have in their heads.

The sitting upright, cross legged on the floor image with absolutely no thoughts in your head is what people think meditation is.
It is meditation, but it's pretty advanced, & not good for beginners.
Number one, to meditate upright, u need perfect posture, which isn't going to be possible for the average person.
Ppl who do sports or some other athletic activity could sit like this, but not the layman.

"9-Step Process for Effective Decision Making"

Thread
1. Know Your Goals

It’s much easier to make decisions when you're abundantly clear on:

- What you’re trying to achieve.

- Why you’re trying to achieve it.

- & how you plan on achieving it.
2. Don’t Rush, Take Your Time

Try not to rush into making a big decision that comes your way.

Follow your deadlines but if you need more time to meet them ask for it. Be sure you are not procrastinating.
