Sit or stand comfortably, eyes closed.
While breathing in and out, count backwards from 100 to 0.
Breathe in 100
Breathe out 99
Breathe in 98
Breathe out 97
Continue to zero.
Each inhale or exhale should be 1 - 3 seconds, or what feels natural.
