the confidence required to make something simple is an interesting paradox

not many can put being widely understood before sounding smart
maybe it's something like this:

if I remove all of the complexity from x, I won't have an advantage

vs.

removing the complexity from x is my advantage
to simplify is to increase the size of an idea's addressable market

in web2 the incentives design you
a mental model for crypto in general that I enjoy

if you make it possible to design at the incentive layer (money/value exchange) you can build radically new things

skeptical onlookers scream ponzi and many times they’re right
but many times we’re right too

in general, it doesn’t seem like a great strategy to assume money and value exchange (or anything humans build) has reached its final form
