Monday night police were called to lowes in Tuscon over a shoplifter. When the officer showed up he discovered a man on a Mobility Scooter. The officer commanded the man to stop his scooter and about 1 second later he opens fire.

1/3 Christopher Bailey was an essential worker during the pandemic, he got pulled over on his way home from work. No warrents! No weapons! The traffic stop turned into a 7 on 1 beatdown! (blow this one up please!)
2/3 It's no surprise that all of the officers had their body cameras off, thankfully there were people nearby that caught some footage. Bailey was left with a broken orbital and many taser burns, he's still blind in one eye to this day.
