Doses quoted below correspond to a 125-190 lb (56-86 kg) individual. To get your/their calibrated dose, divide your/their weight by 160 lb (73 kg), and then multiply by the below listed doses. (4/18)
(at least) 30 MIN BEFORE LUNCH & BEFORE DINNER:

MELATONIN
- anywhere from a 0.5 to 20 mg dose, (5/18)
depending on degree of gut dysbiosis
- down-titrate as gut heals or to comfort

+ 5-15 MIN LATER

BUTYRATE
- single to double serving dose (BodyBio may require higher dose; (liquid) SunButyrate & Tributryin formulations are best)
- down-titrate as butyrate abundance (6/18)
restores or to comfort

+ 2-10 MIN LATER

β-HYDROXYBUTYRATE (BHB)
- magnesium formulation is best (also provides most absorbable form of magnesium)
- anywhere from a 6 to 18 g dose depending on need

…THEN 10-20 MIN AFTER LUNCH & AFTER DINNER:

NIACIN (NATURAL form, (7/18)
flush-inducing)
- if possible, start at a 500 mg dose (50-300 mg if sensitive); best glide up to 1 g dose as melatonin-butyrate-BHB preps cells for niacin; then, if needed & you find it comfortable, (8/18)
take advantage at even higher doses (once you feel cells are properly prepped)
- once recovered / cells restored, evaluate niacin dosing (to comfort) of at least ~1 g (to reach colon + all cells) for general health maintenance
- flush (inverted, (9/18)
tingly sun-burn that comes in 10-15 min, lasts up to an hour; represents pipes that need to be unclogged to get to niacin's further actions) does not occur again as you raise dose forward; the bothersome reactions are if people's cells are not yet ready for niacin (so (10/18)
niacin not fully getting into cells & instead acidifying blood/tissue surfaces as it clears: niacin unable to do its full job yet)



Cofactors:

Vitamin B Complex (niacinamide aka nicotinamide as only B3)

overall blend (higher levels of taurine & riboflavin along w/ TMG are great + a solid blend of the methyl forms)
- every day or other day (to comfort) in the morning/after breakfast

Vitamin C

- supplement to comfort (no need to over-do it!)

Taurine
- 800 to 1600 mg dose w/ butyrate can help; start/down-titrate to comfort

Selenium

- 100 to 200 mcg dose w/ butyrate can help; startdown-titrate to comfort

Creatine (monohydrate preferred form)
- 2 to 7 g dose to comfort right before niacin; start/down-titrate to comfort

Grass-fed Beef Liver (real Vit A, B12, copper, (14/18)
iron)
- incorporating into diet but otherwise see product linked (2 capsules right after meals to comfort)

Auxiliary
Vit D3 (up to 3,000 IU/75 μg) w/ butyrate can help, (15/18)
as well as (w/ butyrate) a ~200 mg dose of R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (R-ALA) &/or ~600 mg of Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR) here & there; evaluate to comfort
