On April 18, 2018, a 1%watchdog says he founded the Freedom Movement of the US and the United States Civilian Forces (USCF📌1). He served as Director of the Freedom Institute, a think tank dedicated to the freedom platform of the 🚨Freedom Caucus🚨I’m begging you. Read this 🧵👇🏻

Here is a video from USCFHQ launching something called the Constitutional Safe Zone initiative. In principle, it’s a 12 step plan to install a Constitutional Safe Zone in every county in America. Constitutional? County? Sounds an awful lot like the CSPOA.

The Constitutional Sheriffs Peace Officer Association is affiliated with the Oathkeepers. We saw Sheriff Mack and Stewart Rhodes speak in Nevada in 2014 in support of Ammon Bundy. The CSPOA is a mechanism to organize locally in every county. Was USCF mirroring this with CSZ?

Wouldn’t you know it on the first slide of the USCF presentation to launch CSZ, 1%watchdog mentions the Bundy’s?

In 1%watchdogs video to launch CSZ, he states there are 4 Branches of Government. (📌2) The 4th is the ‘Civilian Authority of We The People.’ 1%Watchdog elevates this newly coined 4th branch above the other three. The phrase Civilian Authority of We the People is important.(📌3)

1%watchdog goes on to say that the Civilian Authority of We the People have a legislative role to play which is the Power Dource (sic) - he meant source- and goes on to say Withholding Consent. (📌4) This too is going to be important to remember.

1%watchdog says ‘We are the number 1 armed force in the world, they are number 2.’ Wow…that got real gunny all of a sudden. This is starting to sound militia-y. Still reminding me a bit of the Oathkeepers.

As we continue the launch of the Constitutional Safe Zone, 1%watchdog goes into detail about withdrawing consent to be governed unconstitutionally. On this slide of the presentation done in 2018, he mentions 3%ers. Ok, this is definitely militia adjacent.

1%watchdog asks: How does a 3%er exercise their power, and answers with 2 things that immediately jump off the page:

At the 23:50 mark of this video presentation, 1%watchdog says he could probably get his local County Sheriff to sign a contract stating they will not enforce any law that is unconstitutional. And there we have it folks. In 2018, USCF is doing the work of the Oathkeepers.

Sheriffs cannot just arbitrarily ignore laws they don’t like. This is like running little fiefdoms and what the Sheriff of the county says goes. How is this Law and Order? How is this equal justice? What if Sheriffs interpret laws differently. How are we to know? We can’t.

As the presentation wraps up, 1%watchdog says he looks forward to speaking with all of you on Zello and he directs those watching to the Zello website Zello. com\csz.

Now let’s do a quick recap. In 2018, 1%watchdog is the Director of a think tank for the Freedom Caucus. Let me remind you the members of the Freedom Caucus included Mark Meadows, Andy Biggs, Paul Gosar and others.

This is someone who is doing the work of spreading the Oathkeepers message of county by county presence, the CSPOA message of Constitutional sheriffs, speaking about withdrawing consent of the governed while he is the Director of a Freedom Caucus think tank.

As you recall, there was an Insurrection January 6th of 2021. One of the more memorable images of that day was a ‘Stack’ of Oathkeepers ascending the Capitol steps. Upon investigation the members of the stack were identified and indicted for conspiracy. justice.gov/usao-dc/press-…

One of the members of that ‘Stack’ was a woman named Jessica Watkins. Watkins was the leader of the Ohio State Regular militia. According to court documents, the government presented evidence to the court in a Memorandum of Pretrail Detention. See 👇🏻

One of the pieces of evidence the govt used to convince the court to detain Watkins was audio recorded by @MicahLoewinger. He recorded a Zello Channel called ‘Stop the Steal J6’.

This audio captured Watkins boasting about being in the Mezzanine in the Capitol and how ‘they we’re rocking it’ inside the Capitol after the stack breach. But remember, also captured was audio of an ‘unknown male’ instructing ‘you are executing a citizens arrest’.

Do you want to guess who the ‘unknown male’ is who is giving those instructions on January 6th on a Zello channel to a named defendant in a federal indictment of the Oathkeepers for Conspiracy? I bet waaaay more than 1% of you already know.

I have reviewed the entire 2 hours and 22 minutes of the Stop the Steal J6 audio. I have matched a large portion of the typed chats from that audio to the speakers. I have identified numerous user names, who spoke when, what they said and I recognize their voices.

The audio is damning. When fully understood, it paints a picture of coordination we have failed to grasp. There was leadership, people had roles. There were multiple Zello channels. There was an Intel channel. There was a leadership channel.

There was an SHTF channel. That was the Shit Hitting the Fan Channel. You guys, this was coordinated. The role for the Intel channel was ‘Boots on the Ground’. This included ‘Arkansas_Patriots’ and Jessica Watkins. They were at the Capitol relaying Intel back to the relay team.

The relay team was comprised of women with user names like Nasty051978 and umumumSusieQumumum. They were providing updates from various social media sources with many feeds in front of them. They were uploading Intel. They were working in coordination with the Overwatch team.

The Overwatch team including user ‘Jim Fitzgerald’ was positioned in hotels and they were watching cable news, CNN, MSNBC, Univision and providing updates and Intel. They were all providing the updates and Intel to the leaders. Who received those updates? User 1%watchdoghq.

Make no mistake, the Stop the Steal J6 Zello channel was 1%watchdogs. He was running point in this chat. He was asking the Boots on the ground Intel team for updates from the Capitol. And getting them.

The portion of the audio referenced in the Memorandum for support of pretrial detention in the Jessica Watkins case is spoken at the 1:46 mark. Let’s hope the government no longer holds the position that this is an ‘unknown male’. This is a male we need to know.

Remember from 📌1, the USCF created by 1%watchdog? As it was becoming clear the coup was failing, someone relays Intel that ‘we are at ‘Defcon1’. At the 32:52 mark of the J6 audio, 1%watchdog says this: ‘We, USCF has been on DEFCON 1 since trump got elected.’

Now, if you’re up for it. We need to talk about a guy named Sundance. Sundance writes for a right wing website called the Conservative Treehouse. Mike Flynn, perhaps to distract from #Satangate (📌5) has just referenced the work of CTH. And the 4th branch of govt.🤔

CTH stands for the Conservative Treehouse. Many articles have been written on this website by a person named Sundance. And according to these reports below Sundance is 1%watchdog.

Now 📌2 had to do with the 4th branch of government according to 1%watchdog in his CSZ presentation and the ‘Constitutional authority of We the People.’ See this from Mike Flynn some 3 years *after* 1%watchdog spoke about it during the launch of CSZ.

Mike Flynn, 3 Star General, former Defense Intelligence Agency, pardoned National Security Advisor and unregistered agent of Turkey Mike Flynn sits at the helm of a ‘digital army’. Flynn is promoting the work of the ‘unknown male’ instructing Oathkeepers, 1%watchdog. Why?

The Oathkeepers, the Freedom Caucus, the CSPOA, the Moonies, Mike Flynn. The Stop the Steal J6 channel ends when 1%Watchdog tells those on the chat that he is going to a different Zello channel to discuss what happened, and what the next options are. Like an after action review.

Folks, our country is under attack. January 6th didn’t happen just on January 6th. It happened in Nevada in 2014, in Oregon, at the Bundy Ranch, it happened in 2018 when the CSZ was launched and it is happening now. @January6thCmte, expand your scope.

A 6th Superseding Indictment of the Oathkeepers has now been filed. Pay close attention to the see how the language has changed ever so slightly, but tells us something very important. Don’t worry, if you miss it, it’s in the next tweet.

Page 24 of the superseding indictment references an ‘administrator of the Stop the Steal J6’. This is different to how this person was referenced in the Watkins pretrial detention document. It is ever so subtle, but may mean the government has identified their ‘unknown male’.
